The communication was good, though I was a bit surprised not to receive confirmation the night before or a message confirming when the maids had finished. That being said, they did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the price was extremely reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had requested carpet cleaning but wasn't informed of the additional cost upfront. It turned out to be $150, which was fine in the end, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Despite that, I would absolutely use them again based on the quality of their work and their affordability.
