They new all along we needed the funds to purchase out new home and they delayed the original closing by over a week. They also did not have any answers about when they could record the transaction. After signing paperworks it should take about an hour max to close the file and these dingbats seem to need more time. Maybe instead of paying realtors to use them they should instead invest in some training, professionalism or customer service skills. or better yet JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS! On final walk-through after the house was emptied and cleaned, she noticed that part of the railing around the front porch had rotted. The house was in disrepair on the outside in different areas. I had repeatedly told her about tree branches that were growing onto the roof of the house, she never pursued having them cut back.She had never come to make an inspection nor perform any maintenance on the wood around the windows or other structures. She ended up keeping my deposit without sending me any explanation or accounting. She stated that it was my fault for not letting her know that the porch was in disrepair. On other occasions, for instance, I had cited that the front door screen door didn't lock when I first moved in. She commented that it worked adequately and gave me permission to buy a new screen door if I desired, I did. I have since seen her and reminded her about my deposit to no avail.

Alexandria Branch Manager Rebecca Mason refused to deposit the check. She was unable to give me a good reason despite large checks being automatically put on hold. Nor was I requesting a withdrawal and I have been a member of my credit union for over 20 years. Too bad I cannot give 0 star. I do not recommend this establishment any I will not be back. 15 minutes later I drove down the road and deposited my check at Arlington Community Federal credit union, no problem. The friendly serviceable teller told me that they service members from shared branches all over the world including Alaska. I highly recommend using them instead great service.
