I borrowed tons of money to keep my policy going and after paying this money not even a month later their threatening to cancel my policy if I don't come up another payment that's over $1000.00. Yes, like all the other reviews they tell you they will call you back and you never hear from them. A collection agency contacted me as well trying to collect on money not even owed to you. Where do you get off trying to collect money after canceling my policy? Im actually doing so much better now paying much less for more insurance with another insurance company! At first, they changed my policy without telling me when someone left the policy. When I called, instead of apologizing, they made up all the excuses and try to cover their mistake. Then, a few months later, because I owed them $18 they canceled my auto insurance almost two months in advance, which caused RMV to revoke my registration! I knew it from the letter of RMV! I had to go to RMV, spend $100 to re initiate my registration!
