Again, David was helpful with the mess of my divorce. Per the divorce, we had to sell a second property we owned. David said, when the time came, he would help me with the capital gains tax. In July of 2025, everything was wrapped up with my divorce. Contacted David t o confirm he would work on the capital gains. He asked me for a specific document which I did not have. I asked my closing attorney if he had the document, which he didn't and he said we didn't need one. I passed this on to David and he got irate that I questioned his request. He took it a step further and dumped me as a client. What a petulant business man he turned out to be. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend him to anyone.

There were mistakes on our tax returns, that should have been reviewed before forwarding to the IRS. It took 2 to 3 years to resolve the issue and receive compensation. Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. We usually don't receive such drama and explosive behavior from professionals, we already have a new accountant!

She was extremely helpful in switching our auto insurance and also trying to save us money on our homeowners insurance. As life would have it, only a few months into our new insurance, my wife and I were awoken by the police at 2am. Someone had drunkenly backed down our street and scrapped up the side of one of our cars (along with at least one other on the street). One of our neighbors had seen the entire incident and called the police. The officer took our information and said he'd have a report for us in a few days. When we finally got the police report, almost all the information for the drunk driver and witness was blacked out. I tried dealing with a claim through our insurance, and they were LESS than helpful. Out of frustration I spoke with Amanda about the situation, and she said she'd see what she could do. OH MAN DID SHE GET IT DONE!! Amanda called the police department and asked for the driver's information and insurance company. Their reply? "This is America . . . [they should have their own insurance], you need to protect your belongings." Absolutely despicable (yes, that officer is DEFINITELY getting reported). Through her own time and research, Amanda eventually found out the other driver HAD THE SAME AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY I DID! The insurance company didn't even check their own system for the other guy's insurance. Amanda was cool, calm, and collected through the entire process, and I KNOW I wouldn't have been able to deal with any of this without her. Amanda - you're an all star, and I'm absolutely telling everyone they need to go through you to get their insurance needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
