This prompted me to buy my own ear cleaner to clean my dog's ears. Number 1, if you are too busy on a specific day, please don't accept more customers than you can hold on that day. Both mine and my dog's needs were unfulfilled and most likely will not be bringing my dog back here. Additionally, my dog is short haired, therefore her grooming didn't need to be rushed. She only needed a bath. They also put a blue bandana on my dog, however she is a girl and they were completely unaware after I mentioned additionally that she is a female.
