(If you've ever been to an Apple Store, you know what a change this was.) The job was done excellently and at a much lower price than Apple charges, and I didn't have to both buy the protector and pay for the application...it was all for the one price. (Note to owner, you could really charge more for this service.) I am very happy with my interaction with this company, and will use it for any future work that they do that I need. Adam was able to recover my lost data even though it had over 1300 disk errors. He moved the data to the new office computer. He kept me updated on the progress of data retrieval. There is no possible way I could have achieved this task since the computer wouldn't initialize and open (I tried for a few days on my own using standard Apple IOs functions). His knowledge and advice is impressive. His pricing is more than fair. I know if I had used the Apple Genius Bar I wouldn't had the level of service I got and would have paid alot more. I started two full months before my relocation. I have been unable to get any service from them. They do not answer their phone or return calls. I finally made an appointment to deliver a dumpster, but they failed to show up or even call. They now told me that they will be unable to help me. I've wasted an entire month (I only had 2 months) trying to deal with a local company. This is not an example of "superior" service. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company.
