Edit: To clarify on thomas reply, I was not calling to sell anything the lady who responded didn't even give me a chance to even say what I wanted all I wanted was APPLIANCE services and they kept hanging up the phone with out letting me ask for their services, I kept calling to see if they would let me say why I was calling. We recently bought a house and, luckily, had a home warranty added to the sale. Our washing machine went out almost immediately and The Appliance Guy (TAG) was contracted with the home warranty company to do the repair. Long story short, after two repair attempts, we had to wait for a part that was so backordered we opted to take a cash payout. Nathan from TAG was our tech and worked his butt off trying to get us up and running. He honestly felt so dejected he couldn't get our machine going, it was almost personal with him! I cannot say enough good things about TAG. From Tom the owner who frequently checked in with me, to Nathan who did EVERYTHING in his power to fix our machine.
