Additionally, a parent of a girl in the same class also agreed the coaches were inappropriate in how the treated my daughter. If a child needs to be corrected, that's fine but it's never okay to speak to a child the way mine was spoken to.

The hosts were great and did a great job keeping the kids engaged as we had a large group of toddlers, specifically there was a young male there who was absolutely amazing with the kids he was in training and was the best out of all of the staff you could tell he genuinely cared about the kids and making sure they had a great time which was heartwarming. The only thing I recommend is making the area where the food is a little bigger, offer one additional table for the food and to let the parents set everything up 15 minutes prior to the food as the staff offered to set it up but had no idea what they weee doing. It's a lot easier to let the parents set up as they know what they brought and what they envisioned. The location was a little hard to find as my gps was taking me all over the place but I eventually found it. Overall we had a great time and for the price i highly recommend it especially if you have a large group.

Of course I will! Then I can follow her around and remember my childhood of going to gymnastics. I got to interact with her but encourage her to do fun things on different equipment. She loved showing off all her favorite parts and the fun things she can do on her own. It encourages them to be independent and to not have fear like we develop the older we get. We got there a little bit after they opened and stayed until they closed. I honestly didn't think I'd have as much fun as I did. I knew it'd be fun, but I had a blast. It was $10 which was a bit pricey and I probably wouldn't go often, maybe they have a monthly plan that is cheaper. Or this town is expensive and I haven't gotten used to it. I don't know all the details on what they have or provide but I do know I had a great time. I recommend it for anyone looking for exercise for their kid and the adult walking around and playing with them.

We felt like they really care about teaching basketball to kids and were very accommodating to letting our 12 year old sign up for 3 months and during the summer, when he goes out of state and stays with his father for 6 weeks, they will suspend the membership and let us pick it back up when he returns. Coach Jordan worked beside her and even took her by the hand to help her feel at ease. As a mom, it's hard to see your child alone and not with all the other kids but Jordan made sure my girl was never alone. He never stopped talking to her and I am so grateful for his kindness. I had a committee meeting at the school in the middle of their class. I asked the young lady if they would be moving inside if it started to rain. She said they would be moving into the cafeteria. I got a text message (including a photo of my soaking wet children) from my wife indicating she picked them up in the middle of their class and pulled them out of the freezing rain. Pouring rain! They were still having the children play outside! I wasted way too much money on enrollment and monthly fees for 3 classes!

My son has been benched for almost the entire season, including out of state tournaments that we've…read morespent our time and money to go to. If they didn't need him in Kansas, they could've saved me some trouble by telling me that. He's been a contributor to the only two games this team has so far won all season, and has been told that he is one of the few kids who actually seems to want to be there. This doesn't make sense. When he asks for constructive criticism, he's told he can't ask to play. This is a losing team. They've lost almost every single game, yet the coaches haven't bothered to coach on weaknesses, offer constructive criticism or change the lineup and strategy after losses. He's told that the money I paid for him to be there wasn't for him to play baseball, it was for him to wear the uniform (so why did the uniform cost extra?). There are no practices, only punishments for losing (running, bear crawls, etc.) and I'm at a loss to understand how these kids improve without practice...ever. The scrimmages they have get cut short because the coaches don't feel that COVID regulations apply to them and schedule too many kids on the field at once, causing scrimmage to be ended over an hour early once they are caught. This team is full of favoritism and bullying and the coaches aren't on the same page. I spent thousands of dollars for my child to be coached and what he got was a glorified gym membership. I can't speak to the organization about not being provided the services I paid for (actual coaching by professionals) because the boys are warned that if mommy and daddy complain about anything, they will definitely be benched the remainder of the season. To be entirely fair, we almost didn't put him in CBA originally because the coaches were extremely rude and unprofessional at tryout and we'd seen all the poor ratings. We ended up deciding to try it out because some baseball is better than no baseball. Boy, were we wrong. My son is not the only child experiencing this, several of his teammates have shared this experience. He's also not the only child to quit the team early, which he's never done before and we never thought we would support after spending thousands of dollars toward it. The truth is, our money is wasted whether he goes or not at this point, so there isn't any sense in wasting any more of our time toward this organization. It's a scam and unless you enjoy throwing money out the window, do yourself a favor and make your kid do bear crawls and sprints in the back yard for free. Edited to add: my son has had one practice under a coach that was fired by Lockett from CBA and has already had more work put into correcting his batting than he's had the entire season with Coach Taylor from CBA.

I have an extensive background myself…read morein traditional gymnastics, cheer, and power tumbling (as an athlete, team and rec coach, and as USAG T&T judge for many years). My first impression was how well kept the building is. After working in numerous gyms, you just kinda just expect the lingering smell of feet to be part of the experience, but not here. The gym is kept in immaculate condition (including the pit, which is tough work to do). As for the coaches...we have had Coach Kathy (for dance and gym), Coach Olivia, Coach Kayla, and Coach Jennica (spelling?). We have loved them all!! They really care about the kids and get to know them and the parents personally. They are attentive to each child's individual needs and limitations and conduct the classes in a way I feel to be very safe and fun. I have found the owners Kathy and Steve to be very approachable and it is obvious they love the kids. Additionally, I have observed the teams workouts (as one of my daughter's classes is on Saturdays) and this gym has produced some very talented kids with above average technique. It is apparent that they really take the time to perfect basics before moving on to more difficult skills. As for pricing. It is extremely reasonable and payments are in 8 week "semesters" for recreational classes. There is a wide variety of programs to choose from (hip-hop, ballet, tumbling, cheer, a new ninja class, birthday parties, open gyms). Free trial class too! I would recommend Sundance 100x's over. We have found our "gym home." :)

I came to Boxing with Love for my first ever boxing class and I couldn't have picked a better…read moreplace. I went to the Thursday night fundamentals class, which was short but informative and so much fun. It included a warm up, ab/stretching cool down and a boxing HIIT style workout. The coach had a tough exterior, but she was very kind and gave great verbal and visual cues throughout class. I could quickly tell that this is a supportive community and I felt safe trying something new, even though I'm definitely not a boxing natural! I really enjoyed meeting so many kind new people who helped me during my class and I look forward to trying more classes here. The studio is located in the chapel hills mall and it has a sparring area, class area and an entire gym. If you're interested in trying boxing or just looking for a studio to continue your journey, this would be the perfect place.

Aerials has been great for our kids (boy 7 and girl 4). They have had an opportunity to develop…read morehand/eye coordination, core strength and skills building in difficulty. It's great to see them develop these capabilities and as they become more skilled they get moved to something more difficult which pushes them that much more. The coaches and their organization are top notch. You'll see dozens of children during certain evenings and the drills and transfers between stations happen incredibly smoothly. The coaching really drills the kids and I'm very impressed with their dedication. Also recently have done a week long summer camp on top of his normal classes and he was able to have some fun while also working on some of his skills. Also the girl did her birthday party there and was a great chance for them to run around and do some rolls in the big kid gym. Overall very happy with Aerials and enjoy seeing the results of the kids hard work.

I would like to ask everyone who did those bad reviews to please rethink those just a little bit because I know Aerials has its problems and Jerri does not work here anymore and we have new owners. But all of the people who wrote bad reviews didn't give aerials a chance and were probably in REC classes. I will say one thing though the coaches do care and also people it's REC the coaches aren't gonna tell you when your child is getting evaluated. That is all I have to say thank you.
