"He" or "she" not sure it's pronouns but "the manager" was helping me the day prior with a trade in. I told they/them I was on the range USA website and was given an offer of 390.00. It told me best it could do was 350.00 with seeing the rifle. I returned the following day and met with a "senior sales associate" that has never heard of the very obscure and rare weatherby rifle. He gave me a quote for the rifle at 300.00 so I chuckled and asked can you talk to someone because I just talked to a guy that told me to bring it in and he could get me more but he had to see it. The senior sales associate walked away for 2 seconds and came back and told me that was the best he could do. He said the website usually can give more than they can and said if I'd like to I could speak with "the manager" so I walked over he looks up from his phone and laughs in my face "I told you what I could give you yesterday day bud" looks back down and finished his statement to his staff and walks away. I'm not sure how range USA does business but it seems like they have an ego problem there or maybe just a case of poor management. I will say there was an older man that had a medical emergency a few minutes after I arrived and the whole staff went into a complete meltdown panic. I hope you take my experience and stay far away.

He took the time to show me the ins and outs of how to hold the bow, make recommendations, and so on. One of things I want to commend him on is that he always asked if he could touch my body before adjusting my positioning. The fact that absolutely no one had the stuff, but they did, is suspicisios to mea, in and of itself. Then I started to read all the horrid reviews obout this store and I was really nervous. I contacted them and found them to be very nice and easy to work with. They told me that during the pandemic theit site was basically "hijacked" by some fraudsters. These people would demand payment from people by way of the cash system Zelle. The nice lady at the store told me that they never use Zelle, only credit cards. Anyway, all those poor people that paid these fraudsters with Zelle, never received any products for their money. These fraudsters totally scammed these people out of their money. I was still kind of doubtful, but I placed an order for the Lapua brass that I wanted. It arrived in two days and was it ever packed great! Each box was totally wrapped, individually in bubble wrap to protect it. I have never seen such care of my order from any other store. I'm 70 years old, have buying reloading stuff a long time, but have never seen anything like this before. I'll be placing another order for some more brass and as with my first order, I paid with a credit card, not Zelle. if you bring them up online, put in an order and it asks you for Zelle for payment, it is not the real store. They will only ask for a credit card.
