When I first came to DSR I could barely turn my head due to severe neck and upper back pain from muscle spasms. Dr James Cecil gets a special shout out. He is one of the most competent and kind providers I have encountered. I am a physician and wish I could have all my patients with neck and back issues go see him. He takes a comprehensive approach to treating which includes physical therapy and myofascial elements. There are many other wonderful providers who offer dry needling and sports massage. DSR also offers a membership package which includes access to their Im equipment including hot and cold tanks and cryotherapy. I would recommend this to anyone with chronic pain. You do not need to play sports or be an athlete to come here.

Colorado Orthopedic Consultants in Aurora is an organized office. They sent me texts and emails prior to the appointment to get paperwork filled out. Once I arrived I had a short wait to see the doctor. His PA came in first and looked at my ankle and then I had X-rays done to check on status of fracture and healing. Dr. Meyers evaluated the X-rays and found my ankle was healing. All of the rooms I was in were clean and stocked with cleaning wipes. The office has a large area for physical therapy that I just saw. Be aware that parking is limited outside; there is a large parking garage that I ended up in since this office is adjacent to a hospital.

My…read moreprevious orthopedic surgeon had put me in a brace and said that it looked great every time I had an office visit and they took an x-ray and said to come back in another couple of weeks for another check up. My arm was NOT healing and the pain was unbearable and they didn't seem to even care. Dr. DeLaRosa immediately said he was very concerned on my first visit and ordered blood tests and took x-rays and told me that there is definitely something delaying the union of the bone and it was not okay to keep waiting. Within 2 weeks, we had performed surgery and my bone had been stuck in the muscle the whole time and was never going to heal without surgery. Dr DeLaRosa put in a plate and screws and the bone is literally in perfect alignment again! Today my arm is nearly back to full function and better every day! I cannot say enough about the quality of care from all of the staff from the front desk to the schedulers, the MA's and of course Dr DeLaRosa....everyone at OCC went above and beyond for my care and still does!

When I got there, none of the pre-paperwork have been done by the clinic, and they expected me to pay $1742!!! How awful and what an awful experience! Today they are supposed to read the MRI results to me - but I had to call them to make an appointment to do so, and it has been several, several weeks now. I would not recommend this place to anyone! She has an attitude more fitting for someone at the DMV, not a business centered around taking care of children/families. Her rudeness honestly makes me so uncomfortable, I am going to cancel our upcoming appointment and reschedule at the Skyridge location that's 30+ minutes out of my way just so we no longer have to deal with her. She also does not follow direction well, we asked for a two week appointment, she tried to schedule us the following week and then rolled her eyes at me when I told her that wasn't what we needed. I cant prove it, but I am 99% positive she is the same person who scheduled us way too early to take our casts off, which resulted in a very painful 2 hour traumatizing experience for my kiddo that was unnecessary and resulted in having to put the casts back on. She is truly awful, awful at her job and awful communicating with customers.

The orthopedist identified the injury quickly and proposed a treatment solution. The cast was fashioned quickly by a very nice person as well. We had him back at school in his cast in less than three hours after he broke his wrist. What more could you ask for a non emergency facility that does not charge a facility fee?
