From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were met with indifference and a lack of professionalism. She began talking on the phone after we stood by the window. As she was the greeting face, she failed to greet us, offer any assistance or state that she would be with us shortly. As a venue that asks customers to pay potentially over $2,000 for a 4 hour rental space this behavior was off putting and a large factor into where we will spend our money. Very disappointing!

Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day! I have been to several events at Gamechangers Event Center and have always enjoyed myself. The…read morelocation is in a good spot. Yes there is construction leading up to the building but that's not a permanent thing. The parking lot is well lit so I feel safe going to events at night. The building is a secure building so strangers just can't wonder in off the street and cause any disturbances which makes me feel even better. It's a great space, it's always clean and well decorated. The owner has always maintained good communication with me and has even assisted with locating hotels since I come from out of town. The first time I met her she welcomed me with a smile and I get that same smile every time. Her staff has always been friendly and made me feel welcome. If I were local I would definitely have events here. It's a great environment for all ages. You can basically turn the space into whatever atmosphere you want from kid parties, to teens, to adults.
