Each Vehicle or Guests who has a Vehicle has to go thru at the Front Desk and when you check-in you will receive the instructions on how to open the Door to each property etc.. and you NEED a VALID written tag which allows you to park your vehicle at the designated parking areas AKA Parking Lots. The "rented" Condo is located on the TOP Floor aka the 3rd Floor. There arent any elevator what so ever so hence you need your POWER MUSCLES to go thru all those stairs with your Luggage or all the stuffs you need like SKIs/Snowboards during the Winter. The organizer who run the weekend activity, opt to "rent" or have 3 BED and 3 BATHS, and since both my friend and I came earlier than the rest of the guests, we get to choose the "biggest" room, with the "biggest" TV in the room. All in all its doable. YES, they have "amenities" in the premises, but we did not get the chance to use it due to the hectic schedule we have for the weekend. In conclusion, we don't mind returning, though its a bit of a drive from Beaver Creek and Vail itself since this property is located in AVON itself. Perhaps a MAYBE... Parking lot sucks too. They wouldn't let us have someone visiting without them having to ask for a parking space when they were just visiting for an hour or less. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not only that our lease was 3 bedroom 2 parking spaces and we also had rented a garage. Well our of the no where they decided to take one parking spot away from us just cause we had a garage that was being paid month. Not fair at all! They did whatever they wanted. We had to break our year contract with them because since we've been here we haven't been comfortable. There was something wrong all the time bothering us at work every single day they could. In winter I ended up hurting my arm from falling in the ice they didn't seem to clean up even though we paid for that too. Everyone is so rude and disrespectful simple as that! Kathy came into the office and it was the first time I have seen my mom happy about her apartment. It is sad that we already made the decision to move because Kathy made changes and saw through to making things right. Kathy is such a helpful, informative, and nice person. My mom is grateful for her and made the process such an easy and stress-free one. And because of that, I recommend Buffalo Ridge II for anyone living in Avon. Yes, that is what Liftview is. I was an overnight guest on MLK day and was held hostage by the tow company Liftview hires to protect the sacred parking lot. After working a 13 hour shift at Beaver Creek I stayed with my coworker, instead of commuting back to Leadville only to return less then 10 hours later to work another 13 hour shift. My coworker offered me to stay the night. We arrived at Liftview after 1 in the morning. I slept and woke ready to work my 13 hour day. As I walked up to my car at 10:00am I saw the boot on it. Apparantly at 4:11am my car was booted. At 6:00am my coworker (the Leftview resident) awoke and called my car in to the Jeff, the property manager. Because my presence as a guest was not made known before the boot was activated, Jeff from Liftview management and Nick and Archie from A.A.A. Parking boot services were relentless is collecting $129 dollars bounty for staying somewhere I had permission to stay. A mere technicality on rules made up by them cost me $129 in an ordeal that totaled less than 9 hours. It is all about money and fines at Liftview. They are not trying to make things better for their residents. Liftview is only making rules with fine print to constantly trip their residents and residents guests to collect the fines. If Liftview was truly concerned with protecting the parking for their residents they would install a keypad security gate for their residents to use. So only those with the code could enter the premises. But no, Liftview would rather hire a mob like business bully their residents and guests around with. Using tacky car boots to rob people so they can get their cut of the profit. How would you feel if your guest awoke to a bright orange boot on their car? If you or your guest had to pay $129 cash to mobsters to have access to their vehicle? Wouldn't you rather have a nice coded security gate to protect your parking? Beaver Creek is a world class resort but Liftview is a second rate, college style apartment complex that will find a way to fine you with parking, trash, or pets. And the irony is you will pay a Home Owner fee to enforce these regulations and hire these parking companies that will somehow find you guilty and fine you. Jeff will not listen to your pleas, no matter how reasonable or true. I hope you are never desperate enough to need to live here.

We found a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment at the Seasons in vrbo.com for less than a comparable room at Christy. I guess there used to be some retail attractions on the main floor but it looks like they have all gone out of business except for a barber. Parking is underground which was really nice because it snowed a foot while we were here, and there was no problem getting to and from our car. The gondola is right across the street, which is super convenient, and there are a few bus routes that stop right at the corner. The library is on the other corner, as well as the rec center which has an awesome indoor pool with water slides. In all I think this is a great place to stay if you can get a good rate.
