We had the AMEX upgrade deal, and our suite in the 180's was awesome. Considering we were coming in on Thanksgiving, having that awesome room was convenient since not much would be open in town. Our suite had two bathrooms, a reclining sofa (which we will be shopping for at home and was SO relaxing), a murphy bed, really comfortable main bed, a fireplace, and a big patio. Our fireplace had a problem in getting going, but Jacob came immediately and helped us out...on the holiday night. We needed some food, but were over Thanksgiving food for the day, and Amanda and Ben helped us out in Fitz's lounge in getting some mac and cheese off the shown menu. They have two heated pools. The other one had a waterfall feature, but we never really went to that one just because of convenience. We liked ours with two hot tubs of varying levels of heat, and apparently redone in the last year. The steam room was busted during our visit, but they have that and a sauna available, along with a spacious fitness facility that we never used. Their cool ceiling fans are pictured below also...very unique looking ones in each of our rooms. The parking onsite is underground, and I liked it because I didn't have to ask to get something in or out of my car through a valet person. We had an included breakfast, and it was high quality food, and even had an omelette station. The lobby had a great Christmas tree, along with a side room with a piano (which they allowed me to play at night). I love everything about this place, and it was a short walk to Vail Village and anything you needed or wanted to partake in. I highly recommend this place, and see you there next time...

The free buses from the hotel to Beaver Creek made it easy to commute. The price was good for how much space you get compared to other hotels in the area. The front desk staff were awesome! They were kind, helpful, accommodating. We were a little concerned that there was only valet parking, but the valet service was great and we were easily able to access our vehicle whenever we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

They say that all rooms are "presidential", however, they just seem to be larger in size with fancier soaps, dishes and silverware. Really no seasons ir anything and no other amenities. Just because you have fancy silverware, plates, cups, and pots and pans does not make this a high end location. Being In the center of town is convenient, however, if you've been to a Worldmark location, you know most resorts are on the outskirts of town." as a sidenote, be prepared to spend a fortune when parking your vehicle. There's no other locations to park other than the resort itself and it's valet only..... an hefty $45 a day.... And then the valets have signs out for tips.... Of course. While there is no pool or outdoor activities, they do try to have events in the owners lounge, or snacks in the lobby. Again, more of an average type of event. Considering this is a "presidential" room location. You would expect more. For the most part, stuff was very nice. They all seem to be well informed of the area, and always had a smile on their face.

This time we stayed in unit 409 and it was just average - beds were average for comfort, uncomfortable and insufficient seating in family room for a group of 6, obsolete TV with no way to stream from apple devices and very cheap paper products - tp, tissues and paper towels. I guess that is the difference between a Platinum or Premier Rating from Vail Resorts and just a standard unit! If it were priced less, I'd have fewer complaints but we expect more at this price!

Nice pool and hot tub, you can also use the ones at the main hotel.

I would say it got down to 50 degrees at night, but they provide an extra comfy bed with tons of blankets! We were extremely comfortable! They had full bathrooms with the tent. So shower, working toilet, and sink with hot water! They had a cooler with ice ready for us upon arrival. The cooler had cold water bottles and coffee creamer. They also had lanterns fully charged for us. They had a coffee maker with sugars. The tent is situated on top of a deck off the ground. Can walk barefoot around the tent area. At night, you can see all thr stars and milkyway (as long as it is a clear night). They have a ton of activities to take advantage of! We went on the ATV tour in the morning, and it was absolutely worth it. Shout out to Above and Beyond Tour! Thank you to Greg for the fun tour and Craig! Highly recommend the ATV tour! Also, we did the horseback riding! Wonderful and friendly staff and horses! I had King Kong, he was quite the snacker! My bf had Mohab. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS at this ranch. Wide open skies and mountainous landscapes with a rich history! Don't skip on this place! Run, don't walk, to book a reservation. We stayed 2 nights, and wish our trip was longer so we could have stayed longer. We did go on a night hike with the lanters. They have chairs out on some trails to enjoy that big starry night sky. Because of its location there was no need to ever use the free bus that runs through the Village. It's practically in the center. One night our restaurant was a leisurely 10 minute walk, the next maybe half that. Our room on the 3rd floor had a small balcony that looked down the quaint street as well as a view of the mountains. The hotel itself looks as though it was transported from Germany. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was good, with one morning serving made to order omelets. It has an outside hot tub as well as a pool. Very nice atmosphere and stay.

It is not directly located in Vail Village, but it is a quick drive or you could take the shuttle. Small price to pay for the offering. + Breakfast. Everything on offer was delicious. There was a curated buffet and we ordered some stuff off the menu as well. Laundry. There is complimentary laundry located on the amenity level which was convenient. Rooms. Our suite on the top floor was renovated and quiet. The bathroom was delightful like other refreshed Grand Hyatts.

The hotel is located just outside of Vail Village with a shuttle that runs to the village every 15 minutes. It has a beautiful Pool area (one of the best Pools in Colorado - that is heated perfectly even for cold days). They also have couple of very good restaurants on site including a Michelin star Japanese restaurant. We have been to Vail a few times and stayed at several resorts but this one definitely tops most if not all of them. We will be back.
