Jeff is a property manager not the owner of the property, keep in mind, and was watching on game trail cameras invading privacy and causing an issue during our rehearsal dinner with family. He then threatened me that he will be driving down to the house to handle it himself and in return I told him he needs to chill the "f" out. Now the sorry old man only has the fact that I used a curse word towards him and still accusing us of going over our limit of people when we have provided proof of communication between his partner and my wife regarding the amount of people going to be present. We have issued all of this to Airbnb and will be receiving a refund due to not only this scenario, but the house being absolutely filthy with past guests clothes being left, dirty dishes in the cabinets and absolute immaturity and invasion of privacy throughout our stay.

We got approved before booking as we had planned and had 6 months of communication prior to. Upon the first night with only 12 guest in the home which is the limit, we were contacted separately on our personal phones by Jeff the manager of this company from watching cameras. He threatened us and our family and wanted to come to the property to "handle things his way". I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable and sad before our small elopement in the mountains. We would have never booked without prior consent to this as we did have. Let alone being threatened by Jeff. I will blast this all over every review page I can so no one else can experience this. This company put the worst taste in our families mouth for our elopement weekend with again 14 people when the count is 12 for the home WITH PRIOR CONSENT. Prior to HPR, we had dealt with two other property managers in the area and we were continually disappointed -- overbilling, doors left unlocked, unresponsiveness, etc. HPR has truly been a godsend after these prior bad experiences. The husband and wife who run HPR are very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wife, Helga, comes from a family of European real estate developers and has been in the property management business her whole life. They keep the house in perfect condition and I never worry about the house like I used to with our previous property managers - I know it is in good hands. HPR visits the house at least twice each week when it is unoccupied and they take care of all maintenance and upkeep immediately, which makes life so much easier for us. I also appreciate the fact that they only accept a limited number of homes at any given time in order to ensure that they can continue to provide all of their customers with the best service. I highly recommend HPR given my wonderful experience with this company.

One of my friends was using Tribe to manage her mountain property and suggested I give Coleman a call and interview him. The first thing I did was go on to her reviews and saw that she did not have anything under a five star review with Tribe. After speaking with Coleman, it was apparent that his company was run completely different than the large vacation management companies I had used in the past. Not only were his fees lower, but he did not charge for many of the things I was paying for every month through the current company I was using. He also allowed me to use my own linens which I really liked. I waited 12 months before posting this review, but I am so excited with the impeccable service I have received through Tribe that I wanted to share with other property owners. Whenever I call with a question for Coleman he either answers right away, or contacts me back within an hour. This is rare. I have gotten rave reviews on my ski property and many people booking for the second and third time because they are so happy with the cleanliness and condition of my property. They also appreciate Coleman's hands on approach if anything comes up. I have also had some interesting requests from guests, and Coleman is always quick to come up with a solution outside of the box to accommodate.
