I…read morehave no complaints other than the temperature in here is way too cold for patients who are only wearing a gown and a blanket in the beds. Otherwise no issues and the nurse staff are all friend and caring. I've had no issues with getting my IV inserted. They will usually put it in your hand which I like so you can move your arm freely. When you wake up from a procedure they will give you either graham crackers or Lorna Doone shortbread cookies and apple juice or water, your choice.

Don't have patients show up at the time they are told then have them sit in the waiting room for an…read morehour. That's a waste of peoples time. Also the front desk girl is completely miserable and must hate her job. She is not friendly at all! You guys need to tighten up your appointment wait times! Also having to wear a mask almost 4 years after the Covid BS is ridiculous. I'm not doing it, so if you want to cancel my appt go ahead, it's on you and I won't be paying the $200 cancellation fee since you want to mask people for no reason.

This is the reason I have stayed with them so long. They are all thorough, caring and friendly people and I have had nothing but great experiences with all if them. That being said, I have never in my life met a staff that I have disliked as much as theirs. Not only are they completely rude and make you feel like a complete burden, anytime you call, but they are so unprofessional when you are in the office, as well. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile, it's more of a "what do you want"??? I get a sinking feeling in the out of my stomach anytime I have to call there. You're immediately put on hold for 5+ minutes (this happens every single time I call) and when someone finally picks up, you get a very defensive "why do you need To come in"..."what do you want"... "What are your symptoms". I understand thoroughness but you're not my doctor and I don't want to tell a rude lady on the phone my personal problems. Furthermore, On a recent visit, I waited 35+ minutes in a waiting room (which was by no means packed) only to see the staff, turn on the answering service and eat lunch, that a Pharma rep had brought them, in front of all of us; ignoring patients, on both the phone and in the waiting room. They were also talking loudly about "what a pain" this one can be, etc. I was embarrassed for them. It really is unfortunate because the doctors and nursing staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
