The ads had many mistakes that we told them to fix. They had very basic understanding of our business despite asking us to fill 4 pages of questions. The ads to no surprise performed horribly and we lost most of the ad money in addition to their hefty fee. Because we did not want to continue the drain of the money, we wanted to leave. Initially they told us they agree to a guarantee of result (we get our money back if the ads don't perform over the cost of the ad and their fee). However, after they discussed with the team, they DISCOVERED that our company will not perform well with the ads and they discounted the price to $700 (when we first reached out to them the price was 3000). Zero Sourcing Results: Despite months of communication and promises, the process yielded zero confirmed, viable fabric suppliers. This was a core service I paid for that was never delivered. Constant Disarray & Failed Expertise: My project was handed between Anna and Catherine in disjointed phases, with no proper handover. This lack of continuity caused constant, frustrating delays.
