They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Stephanie (the owner) is extremely friendly, but not pushy. Attentive and acknowledging when you enter the store, even if she is in the middle of helping another customer and handling the phone. My only disappointment was the "accessories". I was hoping for a few displays of unique earrings, creative bracelets and complementing necklaces. While this area of the business is lacking, the shoe selection shines.

She kept calling me "baby", like that was supposed to make everything ok. I did not get the associate's name, but she wrote her initials on the receipt. "LH" I've been in Retail my whole career.
