Had one somewhat "shaky" experience with this location, a while back, but have had nothing but great experiences since. I'm in there at least once a week and they know me, know what I want, know what I like so when they make recommendations for me, I am ready to try them because they know me well enough to know what my preferences are. I don't get the feeling they are just trying to push the latest greatest highest profit margin item that they have on me. Very knowledgeable employees, very friendly, lots of products to choose from. I really like the infused icees. You will too. Excellent installation of parts for whatever device you have. Do you need a flux capacitor for your five year-old Egg? They probably have it, and they won't charge you your first born child to purchase it. When spending $$ for these type products in the Albany area, there are really only two legit choices. This shop and Slappy smoke shop. Everything else is second best, and not even a close second. Probably have to give these guys the nod on selection, although SSS will make you a little bit better deal if you're buying sufficient quantity. Can't go wrong either place. read more

Friendly staff, staff is knowledgeable, and the products are good. Sometimes the products can feel like a hit-or-miss, but when they hit it's worth the poking around. Their 8 flower comes with incalculable peace of mind in purchasing and using in Georgia where 9 THC is still illegal. Is it the same feeling as 9? For my friends, no, but for me it's absolutely good enough. Unless you're an experienced THC connoisseur, you likely won't notice the difference. There are three vape shops, but really you only need to go to one - Good Life Vapor. This is a vape lounge and bar. This was the 3rd of the 3 shops I stopped by while visiting Albany from Atlanta. When I opened the door, I was like 'finally' a vape shop that knows what they're doing. Was helped by Taylor who was really nice and patient as I tried many of their juices. I kicked it and talked with her, it was real comfortable. They have a bar area, couches and wifi. A real cool place to vape and chill! Talked to Wanda(?) and found out that Good Life is a local shop making their own juices right there in town and they ship all over the world. Speaking of juices, they sell up to 100ml juices! And the prices are great. If you're in southwest Georgia, you gotta come by here! read more

I had a little issue with my shipment but once I contacted customer service and explained to them my issue, the issue was then quickly resolved in less than a week. I was a loyal customer of this place for almost a year until today. Their website says that shipments go out within 72 hours after order is placed but this is what "Jeremy" told me today after expressing my disappointment in the two week wait from the time I placed my order till the time it reaches my mailbox. "If you don't like it bro, don't order it, it's really that simple. We work as hard as possible to get our juice to our customers, if you don't like the way we work, you have the ability to go elsewhere" These people obviously don't care about their customers so, yeah, you're right Jeremy, I do have the ability to go elsewhere and that's exactly what I will do. I truly wish I could give Good Life a 5-star review because their juice is amazing...just top-notch. I've been a part of the vaping community for over a year now and can definitely tell the difference between a high quality vs sub-par juice. Good Life hits the nail on the head with flavorful juice that isn't overpowering and almost always has a smooth throat hit. Great job! To me one of the most important aspects of keeping loyal customers is customer service. Now I have had amazing customer service from super-friendly male employees that I've seen in there a lot, but most recently when I went into the store the male associate was the only one who spoke to me and offered to help me. When he went to the back to get my juice, there were 2 female associates (one with pink hair) at the counter who quickly scuttled off to the far end of the store where they proceeded to whisper to each other and give me occasional glances....this was a SUPER uncomfortable few minutes as I stood at the counter alone. Not once did these ladies speak to me, much less even welcome me into their store. You can just tell when people are being rude and talking about you, and these women were. I even checked myself when I got back in my car to make sure I didn't have something stuck on my face....no I was fine...they were just being snotty for no apparent reason. I want to be clear, my husband and I have been customers of Good Life since they have opened and have spent a lot of money here. We don't just buy juice, we've regularly purchased mods, tanks, accessories, etc. He never has an issue when he walks in and he claims everyone is extremely friendly to him....so why do I not experience the same? I shouldn't feel uncomfortable each and every time I step foot into a business and I definitely shouldn't have to make my husband make most of the trips in there because I know I'm going to leave feeling bad. read more

These guys are the most expensive in town. Both Ollo vapor and Venum vapor have cheaper prices for the same mods. Also, they're flavors are no where near as good and not made of natural ingredients like Ollo. Also, the lady there is not very friendly to her customers.
