The original price is over $60 and I purchased them on clearance for $29. When I visited the store I saw the same shoe for $45. Shop online for the best prices available and pick up in-store. The cashier was very helpful and ready to check me out. I perused the sales floor and saw many styles that were overpriced and way out of budget for the brand. Know your prices before shopping here.

Poor customer service on multiple visits. No acknowledgment from staff outside of them telling you…read morethey're closing in 10 minutes. I spent a significant amount of time in the store and made eye contact with several staff members. It wasn't until it became closer to closing that one staff walked over to me to let me know that they would be closing in 10 minutes. How rude?! "No, hello. Let me know if I can help with anything." The staff here interact with each other and never the customers. I took my money to Dick's next door. Two stars for the clean and organized store, which is the only positive here.

They couldn't stop talking about political things enough to even greet the people walking in or even ask if we needed help. So, they weren't going to get a penny from me. I see why their Yelp rating is so low at this point. Hopefully they will get it together & change things up.

After bringing them home, I tried them on again and they didn't feel right. I attempted to return the sandals the next night (7/26/12) and was told that I could not because they had been worn. I tried explaining to the associate that I had purchased them the night before and only tried them on at the store and at home. He told me that he could not take them back because they looked "worn". When I told him that's how they looked when i purchased them. He spoke to another employee (possibly a manager) and returned to tell me that the person that worked the night before confirmed that they didn't look like that upon my purchase. When I asked the associate if they were calling me a liar; but he said, no we cannot accept them. I asked about an exchange since I cannot use them now and he told me no he could not help me. I asked for the Corporate Office phone number, which he gladly gave to me. I understand the policy about not returning worn items. I find it hard to believe that this is how customers are treated. Poor customer service. I will not be returning to that store. Very dissatisfied.

When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

I haven't had any issues with unfriendly staff and hopefully I don't because I'm not one to return. But overall, they've been very pleasant and helpful in my experience so hoping it remains that way.

We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. And even that wasn't bad, more like grumpy mood type. The selection is good and with coupons, kohls cash and rewards , it offers a great value for me. The front cashiers and back desk staff are some of the friendliest and helpful. It helps me leave each time feeling happy with my experience and purchases. I continue to stay loyal because they understand customer service. It really is a forgotten art that we need back.
