The building is a fairly nice, safer space for the elderly with proper security after hours. Nice…read morebedrooms and living space, very small bathrooms. Facility does not provide toiletries or briefs for residents, housekeeping would not properly clean the bathrooms or take days to mop a spill. Dietary staff are nice, the woman who runs the staff is not; mediocre food and improper hygiene. Acctivities coordinater regularly cancels on most anticipated activities for residents but encourages residents to spend their money on activities they dont want to be a part of. Allowing people who are hoyer transefer into the facility knowing the equipment isnt allowed, resulting in pressure injuries. Constant neglect by staff and admin, especially in the memory care department. Many resident's physical or mental health deteriates while in the facility and many dont chart falls or injuries as they happen. Building is understaffed, not trained or most staff aren't certified, admin and RCC acknowledge the negligence but nothing has changed. Please do not leave your family here or work here. ​
