She always takes as much (or as little time) as needed. And I know that she treats all of her patients that same way. In addition her staff is exactly the same way. I don't have to visit her often, but when my wife and/or I do have to see her, her staff always makes us feel at home and greets us by name. Most other medical places I've been to, you go in, tell the receptionist that you have an appointment and they ask you for your name. When I go to see Sara, the receptionist says, "Hi Adam! Have a seat and Sara will be with you in a few minutes." And I've NEVER waited for ore than five minutes or so before being put into a room. Sara always comes in pretty much right after her nurse takes my blood pressure etc. I highly recommend!

Dr Cate called in the itch ointment and wanted me to be reseen and to pay another office visit 2 days later for something that after 2 weeks should have been a no Brainer prescription for infection. I do not take any prescription medications and rarely go to the Dr. His notes were insufficient and of course he left out saying I could call in 2 days and he would call in the prescription. I will never go to that Clinic again. My regular Dr moved and so will I.

His diagnoses have been right on and very helpful. The wait time is average. We usually wait in the waiting room for about 10-15 minutes and then in the room for about 10-15. Only once did we wait over 20 minutes. We also really like the phlebotomist at this location. She is kind, gentle, caring, and comforting. My son had to have MANY vials of blood taken and she treated him SOOOO compassionately. She made what could have been a scary situation into a calm and doable situation. My son left with no trauma and has not been afraid to return for other blood draws.

It's an easy matter of retyping up the heading and resumbitting it, we talked to our insurance company about it. The health center management and doctor simply do not care and fault us with their callous attitude. We will drive down the mountain rather than risk this again. We pay enough for insurance and then to have to pay this on top of that. It's truly unbelievable that they could treat any patient so poorly.
