My favorite was the potato salad (I think there was a touch of pickle juice in it) then the cornbread stuffing. The dollop of cranberry sauce on top actually balanced it out. Perhaps the best part of their service is the attention to detail when it came to the day of the wedding. We were having some technical difficulties with something completely unrelated to food and they adapted on-the-fly seamlessly to the situation. They were even trying to help fix the technical issue!
