Coming from an elderly woman, It is hard to find someone that is as trustworthy and honest as Preferred Services LLC here in Williston ND. I was a bit hesitant to proceed with further work due to the fact that I have been burnt in the past by contractors regardless of the fact I was more than thrilled with how my carpets turned out. They assured me that they where not to take advantage of me and was here to help. So much infact they walked me through every step and how to protect myself from being taken advantage of by contractors. Infact Travis came over on his own time and placed trim around my door free of charge. I tried to pay him but he refused. When I asked why he said I had already paid for it. They showed up early and did an exquisite job putting up my siding. I will be calling them back to help me with more work. I had my windshield replaced by Alpine back in October and ever since then I have had to come back…read moreat least six times plus had to make multiple appointments at red rock for issues that they continuously did not fix or fixed poorly. I had to have them reseal my windshield twice as it leaked snow, melt all over my dash and fried my electronics, which I had to have fixed at red rock Ford. I have returned multiple times for them to also replace the side brackets around my windshield as they clearly do not know how to install them their final solution was to urethane the brackets to my car, which will be an extra inconvenience to whoever has to replace my windshield in the future and from the brackets falling off of my car, I now have wet urethane streaks all over my vehicle, which they never cleaned. They were always nice when dealing with these issues, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will not be a returning customer.
