I can easily break the links with my hands and I'm not that strong. One of our dogs just pushed through the bottom of the fence without trying. We had them come back to tighten the tension wire and they promised it was industrial strength. Dogs pushed out again. With ease. We watched them do it. Didn't even have to really push. So we went and bought temporary stakes and 2x4s to secure the bottom of the fence until they can get back out to fix it. Their fix including cutting our stakes we just purchased and running the tension wire through those! The issue is the fencing is not industrial strength. It's the cheapest of cheapest materials. We have since had 3 other fence companies come out to give us quotes to fix this since JM won't return phone calls

There so many thoughtful touches, a pathway for my dads wheelchair, mulch barriers from my neighbors wild flowers, storage for our kayaks. The transformation was huge, it's like a whole new house. Gairy was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and very responsive throughout the process. Pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work completed. We're extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

First job: great Second job: decent, but some of the plants…read moreweren't the greatest quality and had to chase around quite a lot to get them to replace. Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.

His exact statement was "absolutely, many people go that route." Fast forward to 1.5 yrs later and the flooring is buckling, cracking and we have been told by laying the LVP over the existing floor- it voided our warranty. This was not a frivolous expense and we feel like we were lied to in the initial evaluation. Yes, it is in our contract and shame on us for not paying closer attention to that- please learn from our mistakes- don't take Carlos word for anything- Read your contract and have them remove the old flooring prior to placing your LVP.

Chuck is a nice guy and spoke to me a lot to figure out exactly what I wanted. Then things changed. Originally before we started the project, Chuck had given me a quote and sent me photos of different simple fence designs that would all not affect the price of the quote. I picked one of the photos he sent that had post caps and handles. Then, I texted him confirming once again that it would not change the price of the fence. He said that it would not. Now that the fence is finished and the work is done, he has changed his mind. He said that I owed him an extra $215 for the post caps and handles. I reminded him that he the photo he sent had those embellishments, but he didn't seem to care. He sent me a long and unprofessional text. Even though this was 100% his mistake, he was not apologetic at all. I am shocked that a $215 difference is worth ending up with an unsatisfied customer, negative reviews, and my telling people I'd referred to him to stay away. As I say, his team did excellent work and I'm pleased with the fence. If you're looking for an honest company who values customer service though, I would look elsewhere.
