I would have to pester them for a follow up and I just kept getting the same BS "we don't have enough info".. and what pain to get them on the phone with the roofing company.. Secured policies for my home & two vehicles. Was with State Farm for 40 years with one claim. Not Travelers...Discovered this morning, the back window on one of my vehicles was broken. Pulled my policies up and saw the moron who wrote the policies placed glass coverage on one vehicle but not the other (I asked that both vehicles have glass coverage. So, instead of a $50. deductible, it'll cost me approx. $1400.00. These assholes just lost a customer. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not use this insurance agency! It impossible to speak with anyone directly, you are either brushed off to multiple departments, or sent to someone you want to talk to directly and are sent right to voicemail. If you ever need anything done right away or insurance information verified and or processed in a timely matter, that will never happen here. Minimum 4-5 day wait time for a return call if you ever even get one. Only vague emails in response. They have screwed up multiple payments and actually lost one of my payments inside of their own office and admitted it and made me send another payment! Only finding out about this after my mortage company told me that I was uninsured! Unbelievable! Incompetence incompetence incompetence and disregard for any customer service. STAY AWAY! read more

The worst company I've ever known. BKS holds very little value in their employees despite claiming to be a modern and welcoming environment. I've known 2 commercial department employees quit because of the continued miscommunication about work expectations and taking needed time off for sick family members. I've witnessed clients get taken advantage of for their coverage. Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, LLC has no solid work structure and a high turn over rate with employees and clients.
