We’ve proudly helped thousands of families, schools, businesses, and community organizations celebrate across South Central PA and the Baltimore Metro Area. Meet the Business Owner: Karen S.

Karen Sawyer is the Founder and Creative Director of The Balloon Boutique, a premier balloon décor company serving South Central PA and the Baltimore Metro Area. As a Certified Balloon Décor Designer and Event Planner with over 20 years of experience, she creates custom balloon garlands, arches, and installations that bring color, joy, and style to every celebration. Karen also leads several sister brands, including Changing Faces 4 Fun (family entertainment), Picture This (photo booth fun), and The Party Palooza (a themed kids’ party venue). Her extensive background includes serving as a former enrichment artist for Royal Caribbean, teaching at international conventions, and working as a former Teaching Artist for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. Karen is passionate about helping clients celebrate with ease and creativity—and she’s built her brand family around delivering unforgettable moments with polished service, heartfelt energy, and trusted results you can count on.
