Yup, it's exactly that -- and it totally lives up to the hype. We did the experience as a pair, and it was so much fun together. Plus, we got 3 hours of free arcade play included with our tickets for $34.99 per person, which honestly feels like a steal. We even spent a little time in the arcade before jumping into the AR adventure, which was a nice warm-up. The story itself was surprisingly thoughtful -- it made us reflect on being present in the moment during the holidays instead of getting lost in our phones. It's playful, immersive, and yes, totally enjoyable for 40+ year olds too. Plenty of parking, plenty of space to move around, and the whole experience is cozy and warm inside -- perfect for a chilly December night. We booked our tickets from the parking lot on the last Friday before Christmas and had no trouble snagging the 8pm time slot we wanted. Overall, it's a low-impact, warm, immersive, and joyful way to celebrate the season. Staff were friendly and willing to answer my questions especially in regards to what my youngest kid couldn't/couldn't do. We came here on a Sunday morning and it was not crowded at all. This place is especially great for kids 11 and under, which was perfect since my kids could really do whatever they wanted since there were no crowds. My kids loved the obstacle course and spent forever on it. It's fenced in, and everything is well protected. It also appears to be very-well maintained. We also did the go-carts, which was perfect for my kids. My daughter sat with my wife as a passenger (she's only charged $3 because she can't drive as opposed to the full fee). These are electric go-carts and don't accelerate much, making it very safe for kids who are learning. My son, who is 48 inches could drive on his own and the reduced speed of typical go-cards made learning perfect for him. We also did quite a few laps in 5 minutes. I do think, however, that if they were 12 or older, it wouldn't have been as much fun since again, it's a bit slow compared to typical go-carts. The arcade was fine. Standard arcade stuff. Prices were on the higher end and there wasn't much diversity (there were way too many claw machines IMO). $10 gets you about 5 games, which again, seems high. We did not eat any of the food since we were there before lunch and the options seemed like low-quality arcade food. We also did not do the virtual reality or laser tag this trip. i wanted to refinish a small landing in my house so i rented an edging sander from A&R. I bought…read moreabout 15 pieces of sandpaper with the promise that they would buy back any unused pieces. I started using the machine and discovered there was a hole in the dust bag that had been taped closed. The tape was coming off and sawdust started shooting all over. that's problem 1. Problem 2: pieces of sandpaper started tearing while i was using them. I wasted about 4 pieces. When i returned the machine I mentioned these two issues. One of the people there said it was my fault the paper tore. (not sure of his reasoning) However, another of the staff looked at the paper and said quite definitively that the paper ripped because the height of the wheels was set improperly and too much of the paper was rubbing on the floor. I had also brought back one completely unused piece of sandpaper. I asked for some kind of credit for the torn pieces and the fact that the machine was not working as intended, and i had sawdust everywhere. the person in charge was completely unwilling to do anything. He said the manage would be in "next week" and call me. He didn't even give me the dollar back for the one unused piece. I'm still waiting for the call. NOT A CHANCE I WILL EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. FAULTY EQUIPMENT, FAULTY PROMISES.

Our daughter wanted to have a "teen nightclub" themed dance party for her 14th birthday! At that age it's really challenging to find a venue for a great party that is safe and supervised, but also, crazy fun! Rachael helped us put together a party that was the "talk of the school" event! Everyone was buzzing about this party! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. It was so easy to plan, and even easier to sit back and enjoy the kids having a fantastic time! We couldn't have planned this terrific event without her! Rachael helped us coordinate with everyone. She sat down with me to brainstorm many times before the party, and took care of everything. The tiniest of details were covered! All of the event was kept within a very reasonable budget! We would also like to send a thank you out to the Goggleworks for their terrific, and very trendy "loft" like room, for the party location. The dj " DJ JG" John Gosselin was also a fantastic addition to the party! He knew exactly what music the kids wanted to hear. Everyone danced the entire night!
