We arrive to pick it up and he's told it's not ready, come back at x. We return and what he brings to the vehicle is a disappointment. The plane hangs vertically like a space shuttle. There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again.

For starters, their online catallogue needs to be updated. Customers can visit their showroom, which I did not, so for the online ordering types, they really should update their online catalgoue to refect what they actyally stock. Alot of the colors listed for the linens they didnt have at all, which was frustrating. The woman I placed my ordere with was very nice, but also has room for improvement with regards to attention to detail. They delivered the items to my next door neighbors, thankfully, they called me and it was an easy fix and they weren't sent across town to the wrong place. Their tables are in very poor condition. The wood is old, chipped, and snags on the linens, which I didn't love, but once they were covered it was all good. THe delivery and pick up teams were cordial and super fast. Very easy to work with. I'd consider ordering from here again, but perhaps may stop by their showroom first to see what they have in stock, versus having to go back and forth over the phone, requesting photos, etc. That was a little cumbersome.

I just kind of knew this venue was gonna be the one from there. When I met Debi she was super fantastic from the get-go. Not saying that the other people were not as great like John or Georgina. They were fantastic with my engagement photos at the venue. Because everybody at the Butte was super amazing. They helped me every step of the way. Any questions concerns it was addressed. The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can't tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn't judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all. I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. He made the reception and the ceremony to remember with the music, the sparklers, the clouds. Tim listened to my little fun quirky things I wanted to add and was totally on board for it all. My family and his family loved the venue. They have never seen a venue like this, they were so obsessed. His family had been to four previous weddings before this. They said this was the best wedding they have seen. The details this wedding had was beautifully done and were wowed from the ceremony to the reception. I just want to thank you guys for making my day magical. If anyone wants an all inclusive venue, I would absolutely recommend this venue hands down.

Anyways, I attended a wedding at this venue and the venue was beautiful. I however noticed a few things and had a few interactions with the staff that left a bad taste in my mouth with this venue. The night seemed rushed. The couple seemed to be stressed out and did not know what to do next. I saw not one person offering them assistance which prompted me to later ask the couple if they had a wedding planner. They said the venue provided a planner but did not have any guidance which matched what I witnessed during my experience. Next, during the toasts champagne were passed out. At the time I was breastfeeding my one month old and had a four year old with me. I, and my four year old, were poured champagne. I got up and walked over to a server and asked for the cider (i knew was there because the bride and groom confirmed prior to the wedding) and was told they aren't sure there's any left. I asked the mother of the groom and she said there's no way they ran out which promoted the server to FINALLY go check. Lastly, I noticed they were cleaning up the decorations on the tables around 10:30. I asked a server if the wedding was over and we were getting kicked out and she responded with "we like to clean up early". This also matches the obvious lack of guidance in planning as no one knew if we were being pushed out or not. The whole thing felt rushed and I will NOT have my wedding here.

We rented from them and I forgot to get the linens after I even looked at the paperwork and signed for it. I called their location and they were so quick in responding that I was able to return there after hours and pick up my linens. I even had three different people from that location. Call me to check on me to apologize. It made me feel good and lessened my stress for the event that I was planning, but I am partially to blame for this. I truly appreciate all of the help and their customer service! I highly recommend renting from this location! I'm not sure if they do this all the time or experience this all the time, but my experience was truly nothing less than five stars. Thank you to everyone there that helped me!

The reason for one star: they ruined our sand ceremony keepsake. Once the reception started our gifts, cards and sand kit was placed inside. Once the party was over they lock up. Understandable it's someone's home. That's when I realized our sand kit with our sand keepsake was locked inside. I asked if we can go grab it and they refused. Ok again I understand that it's someone's house but none of the staff or anyone working there offered to go back inside and grab it. I asked when can we get it and They said Monday! Wedding was on a Saturday and We're from Phoenix so it's a bit of a drive. So we drive back to the mansion to pick it up and they left the box on the porch. I grab it and opened it up and they had turned the box upside down so the sand was falling out and it got all mixed up! Now every time I look at our keepsake I'm reminded of how terrible they were to us and how they had no consideration for our belongings. Just throw it outside on the porch. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place. Pic below shows the front and the back.
