We arrive to pick it up and he's told it's not ready, come back at x. We return and what he brings to the vehicle is a disappointment. The plane hangs vertically like a space shuttle. There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again.

The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can't tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn't judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all. I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. He made the reception and the ceremony to remember with the music, the sparklers, the clouds. Tim listened to my little fun quirky things I wanted to add and was totally on board for it all. My family and his family loved the venue. They have never seen a venue like this, they were so obsessed. His family had been to four previous weddings before this. They said this was the best wedding they have seen. The details this wedding had was beautifully done and were wowed from the ceremony to the reception. Anyways, I attended a wedding at this venue and the venue was beautiful. I however noticed a few things and had a few interactions with the staff that left a bad taste in my mouth with this venue. The night seemed rushed. The couple seemed to be stressed out and did not know what to do next. I saw not one person offering them assistance which prompted me to later ask the couple if they had a wedding planner. They said the venue provided a planner but did not have any guidance which matched what I witnessed during my experience. Next, during the toasts champagne were passed out. At the time I was breastfeeding my one month old and had a four year old with me. I, and my four year old, were poured champagne. I got up and walked over to a server and asked for the cider (i knew was there because the bride and groom confirmed prior to the wedding) and was told they aren't sure there's any left. I asked the mother of the groom and she said there's no way they ran out which promoted the server to FINALLY go check. Lastly, I noticed they were cleaning up the decorations on the tables around 10:30. I asked a server if the wedding was over and we were getting kicked out and she responded with "we like to clean up early". This also matches the obvious lack of guidance in planning as no one knew if we were being pushed out or not. The whole thing felt rushed and I will NOT have my wedding here.

Ok again I understand that it's someone's house but none of the staff or anyone working there offered to go back inside and grab it. I asked when can we get it and They said Monday! Wedding was on a Saturday and We're from Phoenix so it's a bit of a drive. So we drive back to the mansion to pick it up and they left the box on the porch. I grab it and opened it up and they had turned the box upside down so the sand was falling out and it got all mixed up! Now every time I look at our keepsake I'm reminded of how terrible they were to us and how they had no consideration for our belongings. Just throw it outside on the porch. It is all inclusive so the price includes most of the vendors you need but most importantly they do not charge you all of the little extras like cutting the cake and uncorking the wine. Call me to check on me to apologize. It made me feel good and lessened my stress for the event that I was planning, but I am partially to blame for this. I truly appreciate all of the help and their customer service! I highly recommend renting from this location! This allowed the sharp ends needing to be wrapped so as not to damage the patio floor. I then started to set up the chairs, I soon discovered that the chairs were extremely dirty and scuffed. It was even necessary to sanitize the chairs due to some type of substance on several chairs. The chairs came wrapped in plastic so this surprised me that they were so dirty. We will certainly think twice before using this company again.

But I want to let others know about our experience because I want to make sure it does NOT happen to future brides. I think this will mostly be about things that went wrong. And we did express our complaints to the owner but did not receive a sincere apology. Again, these are OUR issues and hopefully they can be corrected and improved in the future. *The barn door jammed for my sisters first look for her bridesmaids. Ruined moment. *The coordinator was very nice and did help us a lot in the bridal suite. But when it came to having things ready it was not so put together. She did not have ready the "Aras" or "Lazo" which is part of our tradition when getting married. When the time came, we stood there for a good 5-10 min before my mother had to run and go find it to which then the coordinator brought up. No one made an announcement or apologized. Then she pretty much disappeared the rest of the night. *I barely made it to the entrance song because it was not announced for the bridal party to gather. * The DJ RUINED their first dance because he played the wrong song and did not apologize. We gave him a whole set list to play of which NONE of the music was represented. He only played one line dance song where he got out on the dance floor but that was it. And coming from a Hispanic family, he did not play ANY Mexican music. Half the wedding did not dance at all. He did not announce any events so we did not know when cake cutting was happening or if things were placed out. For guests to view. Guests book signing, momentos to take home were not touched because no one knew about. *We had a High school mariachi band come play during dinner but then after they were somehow allowed to go into the bridal room and just "hang out"??? I don't know who said they could go back there but I was shocked when I went to get something and they were all lounging around our personal items!? I mean bras were thrown and everything back there! That was a big issue for me. Not appropriate. *When dinner came we had ok'd all guests to be allowed to have both entrees. I find out later that one side was offered only a choice instead of both! We had so much food leftover because of this! And the food was not as good as at the tasting. *The bar had pre made cocktails in pitchers instead of making them individually, so they were very strong. And if you had a drink, you had to drink it quickly because they'd come around and pick it up even if it was still full! Such a waste of all our bought liquor and beer. *They allowed guests in the ballroom while we were trying to take pictures of the bridal party so we had to have them go back out which was embarrassing. Then when we requested the guests to enter earlier after photos due to the weather it took another hour to make the announcement. *Not enough cocktail hour food! *Wedding party did not receive any snacks for cocktail hour. *The backdrop in the Photo Booth was not even up! It was supposed to be a newspaper setting and it was just a black curtain. *Not enough dessert and they were serving in paper boats that my uncle had provided for his nachos bar. *They had very young people serving who did not know how to serve or plate. *DJ did not announce the last dance!!!! They missed it and by then everyone had gone because the music sucked. AGAIN, just our experience but I hope those who take time to read this will be appreciative and take time to make sure everything goes how they expect it. And have a boss or someone you trust in charge of the little things to stay on top of them because they didn't seem to care much after they were paid. They were given programs to know exactly how we wanted things to go and they did not deliver.

They partner with restaurants and bars and have everything set up for the event: canvas, easels, paint, and brushes at each seat. Servers come by to make sure we have enough wine. (Funny how our paintings look more beautiful after imbibing some wine !) This painting event was special; at Tandem American Eatery (excellent food - one of our favorites) and a fundraiser for PACC (a favorite charity). Turnout was great, with eighteen participants, and our instructor was cool, helpful, and funny. This was not my first paint and wine time, and I love that the painters are always friendly with their table mates, which really enhances the enjoyment. A plug for Tandem: My friend and I arrived early for dinner before painting. My wings were as big and tasty as they always are and my friend said her bacon blue cheeseburger burger was as delivious as I told her it would be. The burger comes with the most delicious house-made potato chips. My pal loved them.

When Sunny Studio hosted their art classes there I took my daughter to the Coalition space and really liked it. It's a warehouse on swamp cooling, so it can get warm in there but the space is great! Follow them on IG to stay up to date on community events that they have lined up. And if you host events, this could a good venue to consider.
