There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again.

This allowed the sharp ends needing to be wrapped so as not to damage the patio floor. I then started to set up the chairs, I soon discovered that the chairs were extremely dirty and scuffed. It was even necessary to sanitize the chairs due to some type of substance on several chairs. The chairs came wrapped in plastic so this surprised me that they were so dirty. I asked if she could do a cash refund instead then. She refused. Full disclosure, she did offer for us to hunt for non-expired candy in her store to exchange for our return, but I reiterated we just wanted our money back, had our receipt, and all the candy was still packaged but expired.
