I had about a 3 week deadline at this point. 12/2 - 1st proof attempt incorrect 12/3 - I emailed more examples to reference 12/4 - Response 12/5 - Shirt proof ok, jacket is not 12/9 - Still nothing 12/10 - Proof for jacket approved 12/11 - Come in for pick up and the jacket is wrong. Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I then emailed to find a way to resolve the matter and was informed that all they could do to help me out is refund me $10 for the cost of the print. Horrible!!
