Check in was extremely fast, I waited less than 5 minutes for Nicole to come get me. Nicole performed three wax services for me and made sure I was at ease and as comfortable as I could be while getting my hair ripped out of its follicle. She made sure I was handling my waxing pain throughout the process by asking me how I was feeling. Nicole is very knowledgeable and gave me after care tips since it was my first time. Nicole is very sweet, caring, and personable. I highly recommend her, despite the one bad review she got. I came back in for my second wax/follow up wax and asked for Nicole. Again, she did an amazing and meticulous job! On 14 February I came back, and had a nice lady who did a great job that was painless. She did my feet nicely and is why I gave a higher rating. This place is not consistent you never know who gonna cut up your feet or if you will leave with what you want after paying over $50. I would give the nail tech today a 3.5 rating just for her particular experience. I think I will pause from this nail shop for a while unless I have I'm given a gift card.

She told me it would pass and to just draw one brow higher then the other this was the answers to my concerns... A different lady was about to do my peel when she asks me if I'd been using retinol...I told her yes the lady that did the botox sold me some skin care product told me to use daily till I came back for the peel told me it would prepare my skin for the peel Thank God she asked because it could have been really bad and scared my face if she had done it... So I got my teeth whitened " biggest waste of 99$ ever" I made an app to come back for the peel but I never went because by that time I looked much worse my eye drooping bad I could barely talk I couldnt smile, drink through a straw I had to cover my mouth to eat to keep the food from falling out... This is how I celebrate my Birthday I taped one eye up and parted my hair to try and cover it I covered my smile my laugh and hated all the pictures from the trip my beautiful daughters took me on... But the real reason I'm posting this it the treatment I received after I called twice a week for two weeks leaving messages everytime that I just need a minute of her time I just wanted to speak to the lady that did the injections "I believe she is the owner" I wanted to tell her what was going on and maybe next time go alittle slower with a new client...I wasent mad at this point I was told shed call me tomorrow or shed call me monday...she never called me back... So I called once again the third week and talk to Megan who apologized over and over said she had given her all my messages and was very sorry said she would call her right then So a few minutes later when the spa called and it was Megan saying "she said you need to make an app" I was DONE I was flabbergasted by this I said ok but cancelled and didnt go my husband said I wasent driving an hour for someone who didnt have the common courtesy to return many phone calls... Good news I'm getting better my speech is improving I still cant drink through a straw and I look like a rat when I smile But I thank God it's not permanent I've learned a big lesson on vanity that's for sure Hard Lesson Learned...Beware
