They also were very attentive to me, I came back 8 months pregnant this time and they accommodated to my comfortability and temp of the water on my feet and a extra pillow. We've been wanting to come back to small town living after being in a big city for over two decades. That said, I wanted to keep my business local and went to get my nails done on 12/30/22. A lady came from the back and "greeted" me asking what she could do for me. I told her I needed SNS removal and SNS manicure. She told me to wash my hands, which I did. While walking to check out an existing customer she lazily pointed to a station and told me to pick out a color. I had to ask where she wanted me to pick out a color and she seemed annoyed to have to tell me again. After she checked the customer out, she came to start my removal process. Another customer that she obviously knew came in and she started to run the pedi chair water for her and asked how she was and what service she needed. She then came over to start my removal. No conversation whatsoever. I know I'm not a familiar face in this small town, but a "how are you today...where are you from...first time in here" would have been nice. Nothing. But she did talk to the other customer while working on me about what's been going on, etc. I sat there waiting on the removal process and a man came out from the back. He sat down, looked at the progress and realized I needed more time. He then went to the back for about 10-15 minutes before coming back to me. Zero conversation out of him and very little eye contact. While getting my mani, another regular customer came in and was greeted by name and told to come sit next to the other regular customer while her pedi was being completed. I know I'm "new" here, but I couldn't have felt more insignificant in my life. I lived in the Austin area for 26 years and would have expected this kind of treatment in a big city, but I was always welcomed with a smile in the places I got my nails done there. I only found out the name of the lady that greeted me through conversations with the regular continents and her name was Helen. I'm assuming by reading the other reviews, the man was Kyle. My nails are nicely done so there weren't any issues here, just the customer service was severely lacking. I'm trying to find a favorite nail salon and was hoping I would here. However, I will not return and will try other places in Burk before venturing into Wichita Falls. Extremely disappointed.

The problem with the Anna Nails is that their staff change frequently and the skill level varies. Some are good, some aren't. One bad thing the nail techs do is talk in Vietnamese constantly to each other. Like the "Seinfeld" episode with Elaine thinking the Korean nail techs were talking about her, that's what you think is going on at Anna Nail. You think they are making fun of you to each other, probably because they are. It's disconcerting and uncomfortable. The nail techs at Ana Nail on Kemp are okay, usually most of them don't do a horrible job whereas other nail salons, you're taking a chance going to them (like Nail Retreat, worst manicure I've ever had.) I had my toes painted on Saturday and the paint came off of one now on Sunday and by Wednesday I have three toenails that the paint has come off and I did this on June the 23rd 2024. Called to let them know and I was informed that it was going to cost me to have them repainted. I am just used to having nail salons wrap the station of where I am going to soak my toes and then the water goes on top. And they didn't, so I felt a bit uncomfortable in that sense due to hygienic reason but maybe I'm just very picky. Overall very nice place! I've come back to due my gel manicures a couple of times. Recommend the male manicurist! (Sorry can't remember his name but he's the only one) very nice people.
