The employees are all very professional, courteous, and great doing your request. I am used to Trish and and I think she is wonderful. She even works on her language translating it into great English. I'm sure the other employees are all great as well. Otherwise, I don't believe they would be working there. They don't offer alcoholic drinks as expressed on their menu or website. I've been offered water only. Strange when you have it on your menu and a bar right when you walk in. I do not think the staff is very friendly or welcoming. I've been twice and both time the technician has seemed annoyed. Even more annoyed when I decline a more expensive service. I understand trying to 'upsell' services such as a more extensive pedicure, but I simply do not enjoy those services. Most are targeted towards the legs. I am not paying extra to have a leg massage or lotions on my legs. I want my feet treated. I'm not from here and this seems pretty standard for this area, but I'm not a fan. I don't even necessarily need the technicians to be 'nice' so much as pleasant! At least give that service. Needless to say I won't be back! Prices are cheaper than Mindy's, but at least at Mindy's they will offer alcoholic drinks. Last time I was there they gave me two! read more

Dropped in today for a manicure & pedicure. My Pedi was great but my manicure was aweful. He d Ii dnt remove all the old polish, didn't smooth the nails before applying new polish then applied the french tip so way too thin. Didn't do one nail and ask if tipvwas acceptable like everyone else has. Then when I tried to look at them he told me to keep them under light. Didn't file after good nishing either. When I complained about polish still under the nailtips he told me that it was stained. I removed that "stain with my fingernails and filed myself! I will never be back. $125 for shoddy work and insult! Wis yh I had taken pick before I finished it myself! read more

I needed a basic fill. Price started at $50 (outrageous) and half way thru wanted to charge me $70 with no polish. As a licensed technician with 18 years under my belt, I'd never heard of such a scam as this! Upcharging for polish, filing, and even to clip a hangnail?? My survive was fine, bldg is beautiful, bathroom, clean. Nice and quiet some lady was complaining about the tech not cutting her toes like she asked. Prices start about $30 for a bare bones, pedicure and goes all the way up to over $75. Gel nail polish is an extra $15. And it cost five dollars to takeoff any gel polish. You already have on your toes. The basic manicure starts $25 then an extra $15 for gel polish if you get it. The massage chairs are nice, but don't go deep, superficial, but comfortable. They have an entire bar if you drink alcohol. I had a different technician for my pedicure and a different one for my manicure. The one doing my toes was very quite nice and patient. They moved me to a different room in my manicure and the tech seem to be rushing and didn't speak much, seem to be bothered. The nail tech who did my toes picked a different polish to help make the colors pop. The technician who did my hands asked me which polish went first neither polish came from me and was owned by the shop. Both technicians spoke before assigning me to a different one she seem to have attitude that I did not know which white bottle of two White bottles went first, even though my toes were right in front of her and had just been done. She didn't really smile and did not make me feel welcomed in this business at all. She asked me do I want her to massage my arms as if it was a question. I honestly wanted to leave but I said is that included in my manicure, she said yes. I said I want everything included in my service. They also do not have Military discount, just FYI. At the end of the day, I did try to support a new business, but feel like unless one of my friends really want to come here and try it that it wouldn't be worth my money. One of my friends came to get a pedicure a month ago and said the prices were too high for her. I left with Ashy hands and paint on my fingers that I will file or scratch off. I did give a tip for both women and at the end of the process spent about $114.00 for a pedicure and a manicure, because I was trying to celebrate my birthday, relax and support a new business. I'm giving three stars because the business is new, pretty there could be better people in there who seem to not be bothered by customers. I like to try to give everyone a chance, if I ever walk in here again, I will definitely make sure I get a different nail tech, but I do want this business to succeed sometimes people have a bad day. read more

‼DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND HAVE NOTHING BUT A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE‼I went in with my sister and as we were showing our inspo pics (my sisters was just zebra print French) and they told her it was going to cost like $180 and another customer speaks up about how thats way too much and so we started chatting with her. All of the sudden another employee, who wasn't even working on any of our nails, walks up and interrupts our conversation and says to the other customer, "Are you getting her nails done? Are you paying for her nails? Don't talk to her." I have never ever experienced something so rude from any employee anywhere. I told him to leave the other customer alone because she wasn't doing anything wrong at all. And the guy doing my sisters nails started arguing with her about someone else prices who wasn't affiliated with their salon. He did nothing but argue and have attitude. The WORST experience I've ever had at any nail salon, any salon, any retail place. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

This place was definitely not the vibe it was hyped up to be. I requested to change the shape of my nails and was told it'd be easier to keep the shape I had but then was charged an extra $10 for shaping. The whole experience felt I felt like I was an inconvenience by merely showing up for my appointment. The work done wasn't very good for the price either. The nails are thick, this is my natural nail not tips, and not completely covered. Definitely shopping around for better shops. read more

This place was clean and reasonably priced without a wait on a Tuesday around noon. I had a regular manicure/pedicure with the works using their polish. My tech, Laura, did not speak English very well, but did a great job. Both manicure and pedicure were done in the usual time and turned out well. read more

The Designs were exactly what I wanted! Only complaint is there is a bit of space between my natural nail and the acrylic but i'll put some nail glue in the crack when i'm home so it doesn't collect bacteria. I'm very happy about the designs though. read more

The nail tech was really rude and when I ask was for a design she said that they didn't do that design with a attitude and also aggressive gave me my phone back also she left a lot nail paint on my nails and also cut some of my fingers to the point that my fingers hurt after leaving the place. read more

I was not impressed with the services at all. I asked for a gel overlay and they didn't know what it was and then argued with me that it was powder overlay I wanted. We gave up and said fine we will go with powder and then they used acrylic on my daughter's nails. (The only set we ended up getting) They charged extra for more than one color on top of the usual up charge for gel polish. By the time we had three pedicures, one of which they did the collagen mask, massage and rocks only AFTER painting nails because my daughter complained they didn't when we all ordered the same thing. We were going to get manicures as well but the service was so bad we left without getting them done. It was well over $300 for these poor services. My toe nails have bubbles in the polish and my cuticles are bleeding. Will never go back!! read more
