I strongly advise anyone to be very careful or avoid doing any business with these people. They run a very unethical operation. Brandon Barba can be very charming, but is very dishonest and misleading. In person, he can be very condescending when he doesn't agree with you. Be sure every important communication you make with him his IN WRITING. He manages to be very "professional" and "by the book" in writing. I can't comment about his mother, Delicia Barba, because I never met her, but I can comment about his father, Joseph Molina, who is a loan officer. He's very unfriendly. I had the misfortune of renting a house from him for a year and was mislead IN PERSON by Brandon Barba who worked as the leasing agent, that we could extend our lease and potentially buy the house, but instead they decided kick us out to sell the house in the middle of the holidays. I had to move my family of 4 out in the middle of the school year. When we attempted to buy the house, they inflated the price of the house and told us to drop our realtor and loan officer and use them instead to drop the price of the house. Completely unethical and illegal: and to add insult to injury, Joseph Molina used the majority of our deposit $4500 to fix minor issues and to prepare the house for sale. I agree with other reviewers. Do not buy a house from these people and especially do not use their loan services. They also have an attorney son Kevin Barba to intimidate you into doing things their way. Beware or stay away. read more

DO NOT buy an home from this listing agent. My family and I purchased a home from this agent in early 2016. Even though the house did not appraise, we agreed to pay $20k over the appraised value due to the antique feel of the property and the fact that we love the home. After our the offer was accepted, repairs negotiated AND The final walk through completed - the listing agent and the owner of the home worked together to remove an ATTACHED antique stove that was in bolted into the bonus space without notification or permission. We were shocked, on the day we moved in, to find not only the stove missing, but also a giant hole in the roof where the vent pipe had been. Upon the discovery of the missing stove and a gaping hole in the roof we contacted this listing agent. To our amazement she said it was excluded (even though it clearly was not excluded in the contract) and said to go ahead at sue the seller if we really wanted it back. She even refused to work with us and/or the seller to repair the hole in the roof. Clearly an unethical agent willing to do anything, at the expense of the buyer, to satisfy her sellers.
