At this point, the outreach has moved beyond standard follow-up and into persistent unsolicited contact despite being told no directly. That lack of respect for a simple boundary is concerning for any business dealing with property owners. They were also rude to my boyfriend when he stopped in one time to promote his business, which further reinforced the unprofessional experience. Communication was extremely poor. We reached out for assistance with finding a property and were told that Patty was sick and unable to help us. Shortly after, we saw on Instagram that both Patty and Angel were attending a Rams game, which made the explanation feel dishonest. Patty had committed to helping us look for property, but instead of being upfront, she avoided the situation by claiming to be ill. That lack of transparency was disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, Angel came across as arrogant, stating that their "reputation precedes them" and implying that we could have gotten what we wanted if we had used their services differently. That attitude was off-putting and unnecessary. Overall, the experience showed a lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. If you are not viewed as a high-value client, expect poor communication and dismissive treatment. This was not the level of service we expected or deserved. Everyone knows who you are but you're not telling the truth and lying to your client about being sick who does that? Sounds like you take on more then you can handle or do the minimal to make your commission. You don't care about the people sadly. The karma statement was in very poor taste. Just mad because I made you aware and fired you. Full conversation, no disrespect on my part. Got caught lying, didn't do your job. This group of sharks has been calling and leaving voicemail messages at least once or twice a week on a deceased relative's old land line since their death well over two years ago! The phone number hasn't been in the decedents name since 2023, yet they continuously call like clock work mentioning the relative's name and saying they have a buyer and we'll pay cash (the home is owned by family now and we're not selling). So I was referred to Angel and Patty through homelight. They definitely can sell themselves but not our home. I had to correct some of their information on their post when they actually listed the house, the pictures they took were average and the 360 reel they made was horrible. Plus I took them over 2 weeks to actually post that after 2 open houses were actually done. For their open house they showed up late. I had to show the first appt the home. We had over 25 people come to the house yet no offers in this market. They strung us along with potential offers for 2 weeks but didn't actually deliver. We were also working with them to buy a house however we did all our own research and scheduled our own appts When I took the house off the market, I had 3 other agents who showed me that the list price was fine and I shouldn't have had trouble selling. I was able to sell the house for over the list price within a week of taking it off the market on my own. I just wish I hadn't wasted nearly a month with this agency. I am still waiting for an official letter of cancelation of contract from them. They have stopped responding to requests as soon as we notified them of terming the agreement. It took 2 days and repeated calls, texts and emails to even acknowledge the request to term and take our house off the market Definitely all talk and no actual selling. All I get is excuses from them. Completely unprofessional!!! read more

HIGHLY UNETHICAL practices. From the very beginning of dealing with this agency they delayed processes, claiming they were unable to get a response from their seller. WHENEVER contacted the lead agent had no knowledge of the current status of the transaction--presumably because once they're done wheeling and dealing, they hand the file over to an unlicensed transaction coordinator and moves on to their next deal. And the transaction coordinator, missed important escrow docs/deadlines and nearly caused me to lose my loan rate lock. This agency has NEVER been present to support their seller at the showing, home inspection, or final walk. Which by the way, a seller should not even be present during those events. Frankly, I couldn't understand how the seller felt comfortable paying these people. During the inspection the seller shared with me, the inspector, my realtor, and contractor that she knew of a fire, plumbing, electrical, and roof history, but somehow this agency allowed her to provide signed disclosures saying she has no knowledge of the property's history under the guise that she is merely a beneficiary of the trust. To add anger to insult, the agency interrupted my official recording of ownership of the property, an hour before close of business, to demand that I sign a disclosure sharing that someone died in the home in the last 3 months. It was not in the listing nor was it shared during the disclosure period. I am convinced they intentionally withheld this material information to boost the sale price of the home and to ensure I was so far in the process that I wouldn't want to back out. Not only did they send the death disclosure at the final hour, the doc they sent for me to sign had no date of signature for the seller. Once my agent called them out on it, they tried to resend the doc with a nearly a month backdate. SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! Once I signed the death disclosure and called them out on their unethical behavior, they held my recording again to ask me to sign away my legal right to any recourse. To top it all off, my agents spent over 4 hours trying to get them to respond to delivering my keys. Once they finally reached the agency, the transaction coordinator tells my agent that if we can't pick up the keys by 6pm, she could tape them to my wall in an envelope with my name on it. No veteran realtor since 1980 should be making these kinds of moves unless they have untrained staff handling their files or this type of dealing is accepted in their agency. read more

Difficult to get a hold of. Never answer their cell phones if you text they get around to it a day later or hours later if your lucky. If you call their business number the secretary asks realtors about questions and will tell you that the agents will get back to you. E-mails are typically answered from angel within 24 hours A lot of lack of communication. Seems like they are too busy to answer questions. Took 3 days to sign cancellation paperwork so that deposit would go back to the buyer. Did I mention they are horrible at communication? I mean bad!!! read more

Got a consultation from one of their buyer's realtors: Vanessa Natividad. We spoke on several times. Vanessa lied to me on multiple occasions, attempted to use predatory sales practices in a very transparent way like she didn't realize it was unethical, and was openly racist around me. I wanted an apartment. That's it. With all of her newbie confidence, she informed me, no, what I should be doing is buying a house, but wait, no, I cant afford that, so I should be buying land and building a house. According to her, buying the land is the expensive part and I can build for $100k. Don't know if she was serious or an bobblehead that just likes the sound of her own voice.. She also claimed that once I buy the land, I could just get an RV and live on the land until I eventually build. Apparently there is another client at the firm doing it and that's why she felt justified claiming that. I repeatedly told her that I am not interested in land, that building isn't that cheap, and that it is not the norm in California that you can live in an RV on raw land. She apparently knows better all because she has been a realtor for ... 8 MONTHS?! My last straw with her was when I asked about a particular city. She said that she wasn't familiar with it, but it "cant be too ghetto because it is mostly white". Really? REALLY?!?! I asked her if she seriously just said that and then she basically just laughed. Not cool. I should have known better when right off the bat, she lied to me and said that we spoke before when she was cold calling me. I never spoke with her, she got my number off a list. When she was cold calling me, she told me everything that I wanted to hear, lying to me while trying to sell me a dream, but unfortunately, what she is selling isn't a dream, reality, or even real estate, it is figments of her imagination that she has bouncing around in that empty head. Not sure how she is going to be a successful realtor while making mistakes like that and while being racist to boot; the mistakes she makes over the next few years are going to be very expensive to both her and the firm, if they are anything like the mistakes that she has been making lately. I wanted to buy an apartment or condo; I started with her. I am now using a different realtor due to all of her incompetence listed above. Worst Experience Ever! I gave this group a chance to sell my home after being contacted numerous times by the broker telling me how great they were and what they could do for me. After a month, I called and gave them a shot and this where everything fell apart and the nightmare began. The 1st and only meeting was to ask me what amount I wanted to list my home for. There was no strategy or plan but just to tell me to make sure I give them a good rating so that they appear as top agents when people search online, this was mentioned several times over and over. I mentioned that communication was important, and we must keep in close contact. Every time I have called is goes to voicemail and I would never get a call back. I would also text and would get very delayed responses that would be days or just nothing at all in most cases. They took pictures of the inside and outside that we horrible. They do not use a professional firm and take the pictures themselves with no flash. They did not go over the pics with me and just posted online. When I called and complained I was told that the pictures will not sell the house. I told them to retake and include night pictures and after a week they were posted again and were just as bad and still used old pictures as well without letting me know. They are very old school and rely on open houses, this is an opportunity for them to represent the other people needing agents, they only think of themselves and do not consider the clients needs. When we had the 1stopen house the realtor was late, knew nothing about the property, did not have flyers and did not even bring drinks or snacks. This repeated itself again and when I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was, they laughed and said thanks. I was told by the realtor that we had a couple of offers on the table but was not given any detail. When I called the office, I was told we had no offers, I knew something fishy was going on at this point. I finally said that I am done and want to drop the listing as we had signed a contract that mentioned we could cancel at anytime with no cost to the seller. As I am writing this review, the listing is still up 2 days later. I will now be contacting Board of Realtors to take it down. read more

Their guy said everything looked good and since moving in a year and a half ago the plumbing had issues, electrical issues, had to redo the AC and now after spending thousands the pool pump stopped working. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOME WITH ANGEL AND PATTY, all they care about is there commission. They have so many homes listed and only focus on the ones worth the most money so they get the most commission. They leave all the other homes hanging. We saw a house that was listed by Angel and patty near by and we just walked in because we were curious and my mom decided to call angel to see if he could Sell our house. Angel came over and appraised our house and we decided to list with him because he is a very nice person but communication and business wise it wasn't the same (which we didn't find out till later) . We had multiple showings and multiple open houses Angel nor Patty never showed up for any of the open houses it took about a week to put up the for sale sign. They always wanted last minute showings and having dogs and kids it's really hard to accommodate people last minute. We received an offer two weeks after being on the market and I was shocked. I accepted the offer and looked for replacement home with angel and patty. I found a home I fell in love with and put in a offer. My offer got accepted and we were in escrow. Angel pushed on me their lender in their office and I decided to trust Angel with his lender. I did and the lender was charging me a 5.2 interest rate with points on your record and I felt like I was being robbed as I was not happy with the mortgage I would be paying on the new home. I decided to look at other lenders like Bank of America and got a 3.2 interest rate and a comfortable mortgage payment. I decided to go with Bank of America and not Angel's lender and they seemed offended as they did not communicate the same and just did not treat me the same because I decided to go with a different lender. A week later I went through the whole process and got the new house appraised home inspection and everything was done when I found out that the buyers on the home I was selling we're not pre-approved by Angel and Patty's office so my offer fell through on my house I was selling and I had to cancel the escrow on the home I was purchasing. It was such a devastating time because I really loved the house I almost had and if the buyers were preapproved on my other home this wouldn't of happened. Two weeks later Angel encouraged me to try to sell my house for another three weeks. Finally when I was fed up with the process after being listed with Angel and Patty for over three months I decided to except an offer that was below what I wanted and below what what my house is worth just because I wanted to sell my house and be done with this process. I never received feedback about the open houses and what people didn't like about my home. Angel made it evident that he just wanted to sell the house and be done with it without asking my feelings or how I felt about the price being offered. After contemplation I decided I wasn't going to sell my home for a price I wasn't happy with. Angel does not pay attention to the homes of lower listings and pays attention more to his million-dollar listings because they give him more of a commission anyways. They have a lot of people on their team and when you call the office you always get a different person that has no idea about your house, or who you are, and you have to wait until you get a call back from Angel and sometimes you have to deal with the new person every time just to get an answer to a question. I think God I did not sell my home with Angel and Patty and I found a new realtor that sold my house in two weeks for above asking price. But my bad fortune does not stop with Angel and Patty then I decided to put in and offer to our house in Whittier listed by Angel and Patty and we offered 25,000 above asking price for the house and they clearly remembered who I was because when I entered the home someone from their team recognized me. Our offer did not get accepted because Angel and patty remembered they couldn't sell our house and discriminated us by not even considering our offer due to our past history. If I were you I wouldn't even look at houses by Angel and Patty because they push money that's all they care about they don't care about people's memories, peoples homes, peoples feelings, they care about their commission they discriminate people who don't seem that they have the money to pay for their homes they list. Everything happens for reason and I am glad that I didn't sell with Angel and Patty because I was able to sell my home with somebody else! read more

We had one of those "desert homes" in the Whittier area. Although we had it very nicely decorated and furnished, and also upgraded it by adding a large master bedroom, it was somewhat difficult to sell. We had disagreements with the agents who basically wanted us to sink $20K more in upgrades! I couldn't do that and we just didn't think it was necessary. Enter Angel & Patty, two of the nicest people you could ever meet, and they happen to be real estate agents! Angel spent a lot of time with us in the beginning, asking questions to find out more about us and to find out what our objectives and dreams were in selling our house. He was very supportive of our goals and assured us he and Patty could get it done. In fact, Angel was bold enough to predict that he'd have our house sold within 3 weeks. Are you kidding me?! I thought that was a very bold promise. The last time we tried to sell our house it took over 3 months before we got any kind of real offer. We didn't see much of A & P during the next couple of weeks, but right around week 3, they called with the news that they had a solid qualified buyer! They did it! They completed all the negotiations, made sure both parties were completely happy, and made sure final escrow went through without a hitch.
