My son had his haircut before graduation. Everyone was very nice and outgoing aside from the older gentlemen that cut his hair. He did not talk, didn't listen to what my son wanted, seemed irritated to be cutting hair. Legit asked to cut half the length off the top of my head which my hair was 6inches long and I now have 1/2 long hair didn't listen to anything I told him will never return. Could've shaved my head for free if I wanted a buzz cut. read more

called and asked about getting a flattop haircut and was told 2 gentleman do great flat tops. arrived and was given the worst flattop of my life. used a flattop level comb and then rounded off the front of my hair. after bragging about cutting hair for 40 years and has done so many military "marine" haircuts. will not return again. Barber commented it wasn't up to his standard because I had pomade in my hair and it was hard to cut it. You had a sink and towels, could have toweled it out of it was of that much concern. read more

I stopped by to get a buzz cut and a beard trim. Place is old school with the wood paneling and dozens of old pictures on the wall. No gimmicks here. No annoying music or trendy BS. Easy walk in. It was clean and the Barbers are friendly. I paid $20 for a lazy haircut. He buzzed the top instead of scissor. I wouldn't recommend coming if you want a decent haircut. read more

In an old shopping centre onBroadway in Littleton, Sits a well kept secret. The Barber Den gives one of the best shaves in Denver. I took my brother there for a shave and a haircut. The shave looked so good, I decided to get one. What a surprise when Phil used his magical fingers. After three heated towels and gentle rubbing he got down to the shave. After the shave, he used great balm to sooth the skin. So relaxing that I almost fell asleep. If you are looking for a fantastic shave for only $19.00, you need not look any farther. Next time I am back in Denver, this will be one of my first stops. read more

This is a pretty cool down to earth place for a guy to get a haircut. I always get a simple buzz cut, and most of the time I simply do it myself. I was out and saw this place was close to my house and thought I'd give it a shot. Overall a good experience and way better than a lot of overrated hipster wanna be places I've been to in the past. Really I would've given this place 5 stars if it wasn't 16 bucks for buzz cut. Just don't feel a buzz cut should be the same price as a more complicated haircut. Just my opinion I suppose. But i do like this place and I definitely like the vibe. read more

I found my new barber (Jan) and new barber shop, The Barber Den! I'm glad I found them on Yelp (of course). I called to make sure I could get in. Old Fashion reply, "No appts, show up and we'll get you in. Maybe 10-15 min wait". Not old fashion - free WiFi! The guys were guys and the place was a military and Bronco fan eye candy store! I personally liked that there were a few guitars sitting near. FIRST VISIT, so didn't touch! I was told that I'd better grab one next time in! SUPER COOL. There were 3 barbers and the place had a constant flow of men coming in. It moved fast and the cuts I saw were very good. Phil and Richard were nice guys and had guys that wanted them. Jan was open and now he's my guy! I'd be happy for any of them to cut my hair. Now I need practice some guitar before I need another cut in a few weeks..... read more

Richard cut my hair and provided some helpful ideas for dealing with a thinning hairline. I'll definitely return here because I like the simplicity of the place. Don't know how I didn't realize this place was right next to my house for so long, but I'm grateful to have found it. I have gone in for two haircuts myself and took my two-year-old son in for one as well. Both The Barbers did a great job and for 18 bucks, you can't beat it. The gentlemen at the Barber's Den are everything you want in a barber. The walls are plastered with sports memorabilia and classic music plays in the background. I asked for a haircut and a straight razor shave. My barber Phil was skillful with the clippers and the razor. He certainly did not disappoint. It is hard, in this day and age, to find a legit barbershop. Unlike the chain places I don't have to explain myself when I ask for a "low-reg" or "medium fade" cut. A straight razor neck shave comes with the price of a haircut ($15 for a standard cut). The customers are usually older on the weekdays and younger (but not all that much) on the weekend, with a smattering of dads bringing in the kids. If you want to chat about local politics, local sports, or whatever else, these guys will give you the classic barbershop experience. I even got advice for building my wife a greenhouse - try getting that at sportsclips! Waits are not terrible, usually a chair open within 10 minutes of walking in, even on weekends not more than 30 minutes or so, unless you're set on seeing a specific barber. Been getting my hair cut here for over a year, and regret not reviewing it earlier, but these guys are the only old-school barbershop in Littleton to trust with your hair. read more

This is an old fashion "Andy Griffin" place. Don't expect the fancy TV or extras at this place. I would go here and very reasonable.
