I'm very sorry they have closed this location. The barbers there were really talented and friendly, and they were very accommodating when I brought my 92 year old father in for a cut and beard trim. I wasn't always able to make an appointment ahead of time due to his health issues, so it was really kind of them to fit him in and do such an amazing job. Went in for a walk in cut, no customers present. Asked for a cut & then they requires me to provide my contact information... I said no it's private, to which he said they will pass on cutting my hair. Not sure how company will survive if they won't take a paying customer with empty chairs, but obviously there appears to be motivations to take / sell customers personal information.... What a horrible experience. I came in with my son, and no one bothered to look up from the computer to even greet us. The woman who cut my sons hair said absolutely nothing to him during the haircut and was completely unfriendly. Then, after barely cutting my sons hair, she had the nerve to try to charge me $32 for the cut when online we signed up for a $27 cut with whoever could take him. Get some people in there who care and are actually friendly and nice please. I will never recommend this place to anyone after this poor experience. read more

I get my hair cut at this shop. They do a great job. I went to shop to buy shampoo and was told I had to give them my phone number before I could make a purchase. I refused this mandate. This is unreasonable and an invasion of privacy. Lots if stores ask if you would like to provide a phone number, but they do not insist on it to buy items. This place used to be good until some lady named "Katie" started managing and refused to let me schedule with my regular stylist who I normally see every 10 days. She uses this tactic to try and steal clients from other barbers and it's pathetic. She answers the phone and asserts herself as "the boss," saying she won't allow HER barber to leave a client to answer the phone, hoping someone dumber would just settle for her or her shitty haircut instead. Aint happening Katie. There's a reason you're always free to answer the phone and cockblock "your" barbers, and it's because your haircuts are as shitty as your personality and no one wants to be near either. I REALLY wanted this to become my permanent Barber Shop. Multiple barbers and different dates. BUT they will only give you a "1st Generation Austrian Uncle who is WAY to enthusiastic to share his LOVE of Polka music with everyone, 'If they would just listen to it for a few hours.'" haircut. I have had multiple haircuts with three different stylists. I have asked for the exact same haircut each time, but they default to a pointy hair crewcut that is so in fricking fashion amongst the business communities these days. So if you love getting down in your polyester Nahru lederhosen (Not the cool kind.) while shoveling dry, unseasoned, and overcooked Schnitzel down your maw on 4th of July, while cranking up the Funky Chicken for the 13th time in a row! Poor time management. Arrived at 4:30 PM and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait or I could call in and get my name on the list. I chose to call back at seven and was told someone would be available to cut my hair at 7:10. I showed up at 7:05 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. What is the point in calling in to make a reservation if it's not honored? Update. I cut my hair myself but I did such a bad job that I went back to the barbers and ask them to fix it. When I learned of my above review they offered to fix my haircut for free. I declined because like those workers I too work for a living. In fact I tipped Catie and paid for a six dollar trim. I have had multiple bad experiences at this store. The staff is always nice enough, but everyone appears to have a severe lack of training and know-how. I went in asking for a simple 1 fade - a very common, popular cut. The girl who cut my hair seemed to have no idea how to do the cut. She was sloppy, there was basically no blending, and when I asked her to go over an area she said "I don't see anything." Looking like I had the bull cut my parents gave me when I was four, I had to leave, drive to Sports Clips just down the road, where I met a great barber who hooked me up for free and took the time to repair the damage so I don't look terrible at my wife's grandfather's funeral this weekend. Went here for a trim. When I walked in there were 2 girls at the counter and no other customers. I was not greeted. One girl was eating popcorn and they were discussing what channel to watch on the TV. I was told to sign in. My haircut was OK but the stylist was not particularly friendly and somewhat distracted. One of THE worst hair cuts my 16 year old son has EVER had. Not only did she butcher my sons but she gave him a combover......a COMBOVER!!! No joke. He has/had an amazing head of hair which now thanks to your barber is a walking billboard for where NOT to go. You can physically see her lack of education.
