The barber didn't really listen to me when I told him the kind of cut I wanted so it ended up being shorter than I wanted it to be, even showed a photo for reference but, he only really glanced at it and only asked a couple questions. It wasn't the most pleasant hair cut either. Two photos are attached that show the irritation and sores I recieved that must have been from the electric razors. The razors themselves are skin safe but, the barber was so incredibly rough when shaving me that I now have these irritated sores that actually have small cuts in them. He also stepped away multiple times to show the other guys in the shop things on his phone and also had dip or chewing tobacco in his mouth. Don't let yourselves be fooled, this is NOT the "barbershop experience" or "niche" of a barbershop, none of this is acceptable. Not pleased at all.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she explained why my hair wasn't right for that cut - then she used her expertise, a hair straightener, and some product to give me EXACTLY what I wanted!
