Let's just say the service started ok, then ended up bad. So a quick backstory: I have been going here for years now, litterally the only place I ever get my haircut nowadays. Anyway, the order was simple: a zero on the back and sides of the head, leave the top alone. And as a side note since I was going there so long was that there's a mole on the back of my head that they need to be careful about. Not only did the barber cut it and made it proceed to bleed in the shop, she also had the audacity to show another employee and then they both LAUGHED ABOUT IT WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE WITH MY HEAD STINGING AND BLEEDING. I know it's not a lot of blood but I had every reason to justifiably crash out. It hurt and she was very forceful about applying pressure to stop the bleeding. I left giving no tip. And while I understand "Accidents happen" I get that, she had the audacity to LAUGH WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT IT LIKE CUTTING IT WAS FUN IN THE FIRST PLACE. They offer 30, 60, 90, & 120 minute massages. A 30-minute massage is $40 and the other massages are $60, $90, & $120 respectively. I selected the hour-long massage and the massage started out very light but continued to get deeper and deeper as the massage went on. There were a few times when it was almost too deep, but it never got too intense. At the end there was a hot towel and a lovely arm and foot massage. It was a very bare bones experience, but for a $60 massage it wasn't bad. I would come back when I could use another relaxing massage. The masseuses don't speak English very well and there was no music going on during the massage, but outside of that it was nice.

It's only hair and I usually end up not loving my hair cuts, which is why I don't tend to cut it often or spend money on it. I was just hoping that if I went somewhere like this I would love the results. Will I be back? Maybe, but it's not because of anything other than I hate spending money on my hair. She argued over the results, then agreed to fix it. I left 140.00 later with at least a uniform color, still nothing like what I went to have done. I arrived home, and my family who had also seen the requested picture, asked what happened. I replied I just finally after hours of over treating my hair paid her, and left. I now have an appointment with another beautician to hopefully fix my hair.
