Specialties
The Barn At Berryfields is an independent, fourth-generation family-run countryside destination in Meriden, near Coventry and Solihull. Our 2 AA Rosette restaurant serves seasonal, farm-led food using produce from our own farm and Kitchen Garden, including RSPCA Assured pork, pedigree Hereford beef, bread baked daily and handmade desserts.
Alongside the restaurant, The Barn Social is our relaxed café, pizzeria and bar, serving coffee, lunches and handmade Neapolitan-style pizzas. Our on-site bakery and butchery continue the roots of the original Berryfields Farm Shop, while private dining, celebrations, corporate events and seasonal outdoor dining are also available across the venue.
Guests can enjoy warm, informal service, countryside views and free on-site parking, approximately 10 minutes from the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Station.
History
Established in 2008.
The Barn At Berryfields began in 2008 when our family opened Berryfields Farm Shop at Berryfields Farm in Meriden. Built on generations of family farming since 1934, the original shop brought together produce from the farm with a butchery, bakery and café. Over time, the business grew and evolved into The Barn At Berryfields, while remaining under the same family ownership and at the same countryside location. Today, the original bakery, butchery and café continue alongside The Barn Social pizzeria and bar, our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, private events and seasonal experiences. The business is now run by the fourth generation of the family (three brothers named Tom, Joe and Will Barber), with a continued focus on farm-led food, warm hospitality and making the most of what we rear, grow and make on site.
Meet the Business Owner: Will B.
Will is one of the three brothers who run The Barn At Berryfields and represents the fourth generation of the Barber family business. As Sales & Marketing Director, he helps shape the development of the restaurant, hotel, café, pizzeria, bar and events operation, working closely with his brothers Tom and Joe and the wider team. The family has farmed at Berryfields for generations, and Will is particularly focused on sharing the story behind the food, growing the business responsibly and creating a warm, genuinely independent experience for every guest.
