This company made it difficult to business. I ordered tables and chairs for an event. I had a specific timeframe that I needed them dropped off to setup. The company acted like they were doing me favor when they arrived outside of the requested timeframe. This meant less staff/volunteers to setup for our event. This experience soured my confidence in other vendors. The tables where also peeling which required covering. We were embarrassed by the condition. Fist of all, the customer service was excellent. Originally I went in to rent chairs. But I left with everything I needed for my party- except for the food. We rented tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and table cloths. This helped me avoid borrowing dishes and silverware from various friends, etc... All I had to worry about was the food. They delivered and picked up. This took so much pressure off of us. The quality of their merchandise was really good. The chairs we chose were higher end, elegant and comfortable. The delivery driver gave me a 30 minutes heads-up before arrival so I had my brother take a break from work to meet him at the venue at 11:30am. He called and said he arrived but was at the wrong address so he'll come to us in 20 minutes. My brother called at almost 3pm and asked when the delivery would come. At this point he missed his entire afternoon of work. I called the driver to ask where he was. He couldn't really make out an excuse and mentioned something about gps but just said he was on the way. I liked how much inventory Bash has on hand so I was able to rent furniture a week prior to the event. That's probably the only thing I liked about this company. read more

This is a great rental spot!!! The items were clean and in good condition as well as the warehouse! We arrived to pick up our items and were greeted with friendly fun faces! We were invited to the showroom where they were trying out a new relay game they were in the middle of creating. All of the employees had great attitudes and were equally helpful. To top it off, their rentals can be taken on Friday and brought back on Monday for a one day rental price. Met the owner upon return and based on her personality and warmth, I now understand why everyone else is so great. It starts at the top! My wife and I did a super bowl party. We called the Bash for some ideas for games for our party guests. I have to say the customer service was exemplary! I spoke with Jill who was so knowledgeable about their games and gave me some great ideas. After discussing with her about my space and guest number, she steered me to corn hole, giant Jenga and ladder golf. My guests had a blast! Her staff went over and beyond. Their normal pick-up hours are 9a-5p and I was initially concerned about not getting to the store in time. We used Bash for a Howard + Brisk Bodega event during the MBA Conference. Even during a crazy weekend with some last minute changes they were extremely timely and accommodating. They arrived at the venue before we did and already had the furniture unloaded and set up! Everything looked very clean and the drop off and pick up were effortless. My experience started out well. Called to ask about their pricing on a small helium tank and Jill was very pleasant to speak to. Although a bit higher than a few other rental places we still decided to give our nearest small business our business as we are really big on supporting small businesses (being small business owners ourselves). The tank was picked up on Friday and since our event was not until Sunday, they informed us that we should not blow up the balloons until Saturday night which we followed. The balloons were filled Saturday at 11pm or so and we sadly woke up to all the balloons deflated. I immediately called to see what I could do (as a small business owner myself, I always prefer for customers to first try to contact us directly so we can try to help before leaving a negative review anywhere) and the man who picked up named Sean said he doesn't know much because he is just a driver but basically told me the problem is in my balloons. Fine, I get that and that would make sense in some scenarios however the balloons were purchased at different places so how can all the different places have defective balloons? Anyhow this was the first (and last) time we use this place. We ended up having to just tape our deflated balloons to the mailbox for my 4 year olds drive by quarantine parade. So disappointing! Really was hoping for a better experience. read more

I would NOT recommend this company for any Party Rental Services in the metro Atlanta area. I have rented from many companies in Atlanta and I have always been 1) Presented with an Agreement 2) If ordered over the telephone, notified of the Cancellation information over the telephone. The baby shower event I was hosting had been cancelled due to really bad circumstances with her baby. Therefore, we had to cancel the shower. I was only given half of my money back!....I am not satisfied with this outcome. I would understand if the event had been cancelled due to something else, but because the young lady lost her baby.....On top of that I was not made aware of the Cancellation Policy since I ordered this over the telephone... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! REQUEST THE RENTAL AGREEMENT UPFRONT! I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY, AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE. read more

My fiance and I decided to scale our wedding down and in the process received a credit from Bash. I was given a discount code and told I had a year to redeem and that was it. Well, normal people don't have big events on the regular so I literally had to make something up to use the credit. I started engaging the Bash team about a week or 2 before the credit expired. I finally emailed over my order and refrenced my discount code. Come to find out, no one was available 12/31 to take my call or confirm receipt of my order. A couple days later I receive a reply telling me how to redeem the credit. When the process didn't work, I was told they had to get approval from Jill. She said I couldn't use the credit because it expired and I had the whole year to redeem. If you're judging when I used the credit, how do you make the final day for something a day when you're out of office or you're closed??? My thing is this: Don't judge me for when I used the credit b/c you gave me that window of time. I also started conversing with the company about redemption well before 12/31 and they ALSO had a year to explain to me how to use the credit. Jill still refused to honor the credit. If anything, we were both at fault and I don't see how they took any measures to retain a customer or took responsibility for failing to explain the redemption process. Oh, by the way, I officially became an event planner this past August and guaranteed them more business in April. Poor processes, poor communication and poor customer service. That's how smalls businesses stay small. There are plenty of other furniture rental fishes in the sea. read more
