The only part of the facility I used was the gym so I can't speak to anything else, but it had plenty of equipment to help me get my workout in.

This past Sunday it was very busy and it was difficult to even get two chairs together. We snagged one when we arrived then got into the pool. We had to wait until later in the afternoon to get a second chair, but we didn't necessarily mind because we were in the water. There is creek running through several area through the trail, but the time we were here in Autumn, it's mostly dry.
