The Princess Imperial Mundo resort advertises the Beach Grill and its Chef Achilles Chavez with posters throughout the resort, so we gave it a shot. It was terrible. We both ordered the flank steak entree and a glass of red wine. There was only one choice of red wine: a Tempranillo from Mexico. The flank steak was served with French fries and grilled vegetables. The vegetables were decent, the fries were, at best, comparable to previously frozen fries purchased in a plastic bag from the supermarket. The steak....couldn't possible be actual meat. If so, it was processed to a level that certainly is not healthy for any human and/or canine companion. The pico de Gallo was decent but the other salsas served were some form of orange mayonnaise and a liquid something or other.
The service was TERRIBLE.
