We asked how that was possible so the girl voided the transaction and charged us what was likely the real price for ice cream. The first ice cream came out after about 8 minutes in a regular cone and we said we asked for waffle cones. The girl looked confused and huffed at us. After getting it in a cone, it was already melting all over. We also asked for a cup of water for our dogs and the girl gave us a bottled water and said it was $2.25. We said we don't want a bottle just a dish for the dogs. Again she looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language which prompted the other two staff members to come to her rescue and try to figure out what was going on, what we had paid for and what we actually wanted. I can't imagine how long it would take to get an order of food here if it took us 15 minutes to get two cones and a dish of water. Such a frustrating experience on a hot day!
