You can tell that safety is the top priority from the moment you walk in. Casey, the owner, is a great guy with a ton of knowledge and experience. He genuinely cares about the shooting community and takes the time to make sure everyone is handling firearms responsibly. Don't be surprised if he asks you a direct or seemingly random question before allowing you to proceed to your lane. He's not trying to give anyone a hard time--he's simply making sure you understand firearm safety so he can do his job of keeping everyone safe around live ammunition and firearms. I go there at least once a month. Casey and crew are always helpful and they dont allow unsafe handling. They dont allow shotguns but rifles are good to go. Casey will allow you to shoot pistol calibers from rifles in the pistol range. To me at least $20 for an hour of uninterrupted time and in a safe environment is well worth it read more

Today was my first time here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and willing to share knowledge which I really appreciated. They were extremely patient and I really enjoyed the facilities. I came in Saturday afternoon as a walk in and fortunately it was not too busy at the moment. I had a new to me Sig Sauer M18. Immediately Casey's relaxed demeanor (I believe he is the owner) put me at ease. I have never been to this range and have limited experience with handguns and none with mine. Casey spent a great deal of time with me going over the rules of the range, etiquette, grip, stance, trigger pressure and more. He even helped me determine if my Red Dot was set up correctly. Most of the customers seemed to be regulars and there was a feeling of safety, confidence and friendliness amongst everyone. Several customers even offered tools, advice and help in getting me setup as well. I competed my CCW renewal class there with Casey, the owner. The process was a seamless as could be. Casey was awesome to work with and made the class as enjoyable as possible. The owner is an upstanding guy from what I can tell. I've been there a handful of times as a new shooter and he's never made me feel unwelcome or foolish. He sometimes will give you some helpful tips while going up and down the range. They do lend out ear and eye protection if you need it. I've seen men and women of all colors, young and old enter the range and he treats everyone equally and with basic respect from what I can tell. It can be intimidating going into a hobby generally dominated by egotistical, power-tripping guys who think a gun on their hip gives them the right to push people around. The owner is thankfully not one of those people. Sometimes he will give you some pointers and even hit a killer shot on your own gun so you know he's not bullshitting. Take note that having your phone out and taking pictures/video is not allowed in the actual firing range where the shooting is taking place. I actually kind of like that, because it doesn't attract people who are coming for a photo op or a chance to show off to their friends on Instagram or something. Freaking Awesome. I cant say enough good things about Casey, Will, and the facility. I used to suck at shooting, now I am a pro. LOL

First off, I have been to this range multiple times so there is a pattern with an employee that I assume is the owner. First if you are a CCW holder he makes you declare which is fine, his place his rules. But to chastise people for declaring and having it in a range bag that isn't locked is ridiculous. We are CCW holders get over yourself and either allow them to carry it in unlocked or make it a range policy that all pistols being transported into the facility will be locked no matter if you are a CCW holder or not. To me it seems more that just being safe, but to the point of little man syndrome. Enough on that topic. The next issue is that he feels that he has the right to pick up and look at and sight in down range with your weapons without permission. I dont remember that being part of the brief. I dont care if you are the owner or you just work there you NEVER PICK UP SOMEONES PISTOL!!!! My weapons range from $1000 to $2500 and are my property. Especially since they are my CCW pistols and zeroed for me. DO NOT touch my property without asking. IF they were not the only local range that didn't require a membership I think he would be out of business. I just think that this gentleman needs to exercise some self-control and keep his little hands off of peoples property. Maybe I should have said something the 4 times I was there but my last trip put me over the limit as he made my family feel extremely uncomfortable by touching their pistols while they were reloading. I will be driving to either Riverside or Oceanside to conduct my training and recreational shooting. read more

I had an amazing time with my wife at the Beaumont indoor shooting range. It's my first firearm and first time shooting it. From the moment we entered, Casey went over the rules and emphasized safety. We booked our appointment online for 1:30 p.m. He checked my gun and added oil to lubricate the slide cause it wasn't smooth since it was new. He had an appointment at 2 p.m. but still took time to go in the range and showed us how to load, fire, and handle our firearm. After our shooting, I bought some break free CLP from them, I believe the gentlemens name on the counter was William. He went over how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble my glock. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them. read more

***Parking lot is easy to miss*** there's a small red signage showing the gun range. If you drive too fast you could miss it (I passed it twice lol) there are a few parking spots labeled for the gun range so pay attention. Not sure if you could be towed but I know the parking spots are labeled. Owner is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven't been to a gun range in sooo long, I had so many questions and he answered every single one of them in detail without being annoyed or rude. I loved that we could pay for a time slot to come in, keeps the crowd down especially during these COVID times. It is encouraged that you bring your own weapon and own ammo, we did not bring ammo so he was able to provide a few boxes, but he didn't have a lot available so I strongly recommend bringing your own ammunition. If you have sensitive ears like myself please wear earplugs or have the head coverings refit. I'm after an hour of shooting, I felt like everyone sounded like robots. The safest shooting range around. Took my girl friend to shoot her new revolver for the first time. She was unconfident and too scared to shoot, and I know too little about revolvers to really help. The owner quickly realized because he sees everything from behind the plexiglass backwall. He came over and trained her up with a complete rundown for free. Closest gun range to Yucaipa (from what I know) and wanted to check it out myself based on excellent Yelp reviews. Brought my Springfield XD 9mm in a lock box (legally necessary in California), ammo, targets, and eye/ear protection. However, even if you dont have any of these items, the $18 fee you pay is packaged along with 2 targets and eye/ear protection - extremely convenient if you decide to bring a friend that's not too familiar with gun ranges! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have short and long ranged lanes. I didn't enter their long range lanes but there are about 10 short range lanes. It's first come, first serve. This wasn't my first time at a gun range and I'm also familiar with guns and gun safety, but this was my first time at this range. For any range you go to, you want to be familiar with their rules and respect the staff and their policies - that's common sense for any range you visit. Read the postings and their workers will give you a quick rundown on what you should know and can/can't do. Use your common sense and you'll have a great time at this family run business. Use the top and bottom shelves directly behind your lane but don't be a prick and use your neighbor's area that's reserved for their lane. Be decent and aware of your surroundings so everyone has a good time. Your time is up when the control panel used to move your target is off. They have tape for your personal targets to place on the 2 wide targets they provide in case your targets are too small for their clips (which happened in my case). There is a pair of brooms in the far corner to sweep shells beyond the red lines. The place is clean, simple to navigate, and parking is comfortably right in front of the entrance. Their location is south of the 10 freeway in the midst of some decent sized factories. Not hard to find. For new and experienced gun owners, this Beaumont Indoor shooting range is a great spot to go target practicing on any given day with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming here often! read more
