When I was finished, I inadvertently grabbed…read morethe stylist's cell phone off of the counter thinking it was mine. 45 minutes later when I realized I had someone else's phone, I returned to Xpress Cuts and asked the other stylists if anyone was missing a phone because I had one and it wasn't mine. They all said NO, NO ONE is missing a phone here. So I left. The stylist who cut my hair then went to my job and told my manager that I stole her phone and that if I did not return it she was going to call the police. This took place after I tried to return the phone. My mom was in the store at the same time, and she proceeded to call my mom a bitch. I got a call from my manager telling me some lady was going to call the police over a cell phone and I then knew whose phone it was so I immediately returned it to Xpress Cuts. The stylist needs to be fired for going to my job, threatening to call the police on me, and accusing me of stealing her phone. Mind you, I returned to Xpress Cuts 30 minutes after she cut my hair and tried to return the phone only to be told no one there was missing a phone. The stylist made a total fool of herself and I cannot recommend that anyone visit this salon.

My…read moreexperience started out standing at the counter waiting for some assistance while they talked to their friends right next to me. I waited about 10 minutes before they acknowledged me. Finally we get started with washing my hair and then cutting it. They were gossiping like crazy it was giving me a headache. I hate gossip especially if I don't know who they are gossiping about. Then the stylist put an excessive amount of hair products and hairspray. The style I asked for was an ashlee simpson chic, straight, and slick razor cut. I ended up walking out with what looked similar to Snooki's poof on top of my head. So, I get home and brush it all out and then I realized why she poofed up my hair. So she could hide the all of the of hair she chopped off! There are random areas all over my head with less than an inch of hair. It's upsetting to me because I had really long hair and the person I trusted to cut my hair ruined it. I am not kidding about this or exaggerating. I have patches of hair that is really short. Like an inch or less. I didn't get the style I asked for and was not comfortable the entire time. The worst experience ever.
