Ilona took me in at the last minute because I was leaving on a trip for 3 weeks and my lashes were a real mess. She fixed them with mostly all new lashes, I love them. The salon was clean and Ilona was gentle and professional with my eyelids. Trust is huge with eyes, I really trust Ilona and she will be doing my lashes from now on. I originally booked my brow appointment for July 4th. I agreedeven though the change was initiated by the business. Then the day before my rescheduled appointment, they messaged saying my brow artist had a family emergency and that I would be seeing a different artist instead. I didn't see the message until the following morning and therefore never confirmed the change. At that point my appointment had already been changed once because the salon was closing on the original date and now the artist was changing again. Rather than proceed with an appointment that had changed multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided to cancel. I understand the salon's response will likely be that my appointment date and time remained the same, that they notified me of the artist change and that I canceled within their same day cancellation window. They also explained that their policy allows for a 100% same day cancellation fee and that they only charged me 50% as a courtesy. I don't dispute that they have a cancellation policy. My issue is with how it was applied in this situation. This wasn't a typical last minute cancellation where everything remained as originally booked. The business had already rescheduled my appointment once because they were closing and then changed my artist less than 24 hours before the appointment. I never confirmed that I was comfortable with that change before being charged. Emergencies happen and I don't fault my original brow artist for having a family emergency. My disappointment is with the decision to enforce a cancellation fee despite the multiple changes initiated by the business. In my opinion greater flexibility would have been the fairer approach. I disputed the charge with my bank and chose not to rebook. While I can't speak to the quality of their brow services, I can only review my own experience as a customer and unfortunately it left me disappointed with how the situation was handled.

When I first started coming here, everything was fantastic--great service and excellent product quality. Unfortunately, things have steadily declined over the past two years. The salon manager often seems rushed when handling phone bookings, which leads to frequent errors. Instead of addressing these mistakes, clients are blamed. On one occasion, I noticed errors in the bookings for five out of six clients within just 30 minutes. Additionally, the quality of the procedures has deteriorated. Appointments feel rushed, and the results reflect this. My gel polish is either applied so thickly that it becomes lumpy or so thinly that it peels off within days. Given that I have a desk job with no physical labor, there's no reason my gel polish should be peeling so quickly. This isn't an isolated issue--it has been a consistent problem for the past year. I kept hoping things would improve, but sadly, they have not.
