Throughout the appointment, I felt like more of a burden than a valued customer. A white woman came in after me, and her demeanor instantly shifted--she became bright and bubbly, which was in stark contrast to how she treated me. The service was on the expensive side, and she asked for a tip afterward, which felt a bit pushy. There was also a robotic attempt to upsell products after the session, which added to the uncomfortable experience. If you fit the typical customer profile, you might have a better time, but I walked away feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

If you're a spa be a spa where is the locker room where is the changing room. They have a lot of room to grow with Spa etiquette. There was no spawater, there was no warm and welcoming Clerk it was just overall unpleasant. Then at the end she pulled out 5 items that she suggested I get for my skin without even running down the reason why. If I were local I would travel to Louisville! Wonderful shampoo experience. The only downfall is the wait in order to get an appt. But it was certainly worth the wait! I'll be seeing Melissa again!
