When I find a good barber I like to share the experience so I can maybe help someone avoid getting a bad haircut at another place. The positives: -The quality of the haircut -The barbers take their time to provide a great cut -They use straight razors to get a clean shave and crisp lines -The barbers are friendly, have fun, and create a welcoming environment -For the quality they provide, the cost is super cheap ($14 dollars for a hair cut; $5 dollars for beard trim and straight razor; $3 dollars for beard trim) -I have seen children in the shop each time I have been there so they are good with kid cuts -Best fade I have gotten in a while Ways I think the shop could improve: -Offer appointments through a service like Resurva because the wait can be long at times -If the shop stays as busy as it was this morning, hire a shop receptionist to handle appointments/walk-ins, interact with waiting customers and keep the shop clean after cuts -Hang more artwork and offer hair and beard products for people to purchase after a cu If you haven't gotten your hair cut here yet, you should! I know how to book her on line - I show up today and they say I booked with someone other than Erika - I said I dont think so but ok can I reschedule when Erika is available. Per Big Kev - "sure but it will cost you $25" they get their $25 but Erika loses out on a regular client that pays and tips very well. I will find a new barber but who really lost in this exchange?

I called and was told that there was an opening with Daniella in less than an hour from when I called, if I wanted to come in right away. Since I was long overdue for a hair cut I said yes. The location is just 5 mins from my house, which makes it super convenient. I arrived a few mins early and Daniella was easy for me. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxed and friendly; there were several other clients getting their hair done by other stylists. Daniella was very personable and pleasant, and I felt comfortable with her from the first "hello." She asked what kind of style I was looking for and listened well to what I had to say. Then she described her plan to achieve what I wanted. She gave me some lovely layers and really brought out the best in my wavy/curly hair. I am well pleased with the job that Daniella did on my hair. And the price was reasonable as well. Samantha was the hairstylist that reached out. I couldn't get in due to circumstances coming up with unknown weekend plans with upcoming weekend off. I want to deinfluence anyone from having the same experience I did today. I went in for my appointment for a simple haircut and while there were a slew of other issues, I can overlook those. I cannot overlook her public outburst in the salon. I am not exaggerating. She was attempting to finish up the appointment when I had pointed out I wanted my hair shorter (I had done numerous times) when she gave me a scary look and began screaming at me that she can "only take so much" and "I dont know what im talking about or how to do hair", she ripped the cover off me and with it pulled my hair yelling at me that im "fired", never to call her again and much more. I was shaking and began leaving as I am non confrontational and she followed me out demanding I pay her. I was afraid of any escalation so I agreed and cried waiting for my ride.
