I showed up little early because this was my first time there.she barely glanced at the inspo pics I showed her before she started cutting and I felt like she was rushing to get it done. she did not get anywhere close to what I was looking for and she completely missed a potion of my hair and did not line my sideburns up properly. I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years and today is the day that I finally decided I will…read morenever be going back.The ownership changed recently and I have noticed the quality of service decline drastically. The nail salon has an entirely new staff since this ownership took over and I am not impressed! The employees are rude and act like they have never worked in customer service job a day in their life. The woman who did my nails this afternoon cut my nails down (barely), then LAUGHED when i asked her to cut them down more because they were too long for what I like and she didn't think it would look good.. then told me that the color I chose did not look good at the end of my appointment. So while I think my nails look good and are completely what I asked for, I now hate them because the employee felt the need to share opinions that no one asked for and caused me to hate the work that she did. I hope they reconsider the employees that have been hired because the experience that I had there today was awful and I will never be going back. Please train your employees keep their personal opinions to themselves and do what the customer asks for since we are the ones paying money for this service in this first place.

I asked them why and their reason is they werent happy with hired helps. They really put in hearts when they take care of people who paid to get the job done right. When i moved to hattiesburg in 2020, i went around and got nails done at several salons. some were ok, some were bad. til i found Jessica.
