The nail salon has an entirely new staff since this ownership took over and I am not impressed! The employees are rude and act like they have never worked in customer service job a day in their life. The woman who did my nails this afternoon cut my nails down (barely), then LAUGHED when i asked her to cut them down more because they were too long for what I like and she didn't think it would look good.. then told me that the color I chose did not look good at the end of my appointment. So while I think my nails look good and are completely what I asked for, I now hate them because the employee felt the need to share opinions that no one asked for and caused me to hate the work that she did. I hope they reconsider the employees that have been hired because the experience that I had there today was awful and I will never be going back. Please train your employees keep their personal opinions to themselves and do what the customer asks for since we are the ones paying money for this service in this first place.

I had high hopes at the beginning b/c staff was extremely nice, but things didn't go as well as I had hoped. Naturally, soaking off took a minute, but the rest of the services took forever. I got my feet done after soaking for about 30min & after taking an hour to do my feet, i had to wait ANOTHER hour to even get my nails done. As I got up to pay & leave after waiting ridiculously long, one of the staff members came over to do my nails. I caved in since I drastically needed my broken nails to be fixed, & after all was said & done, I was in the shop for FOUR HOURS. On the bright side, they came out great and they were nice enough to not charge for the soak off & apologize as a remedy. Still would recommend, but hopefully I won't run into this problem again Update: 2 days later my thumb nail just popped off & my middle finger nail followed the day after. Very disappointed.
